VIENNA -- The Vienna Police Department released the following reports Sept. 25:
Sept. 21
* Britney R. Roush, of Parkersburg, was arrested for first offense shoplifting and fugitive from justice.
Sept. 23
* Brandon A. Bennett, of Walker, was arrested for driving on suspension and possession of fentanyl.
Sept. 24
* Carter M. Reynolds, of Vienna, was arrested on a count of unlawful restraint warrant, domestic battery and domestic assault.
* James A. Lipscomb, of Vienna, was arrested for obstruction.
