Taylor M. Albert, 30, was found dead with a gunshot wound after officers responded at 4:50 a.m. to the residence at 3025 Elm St., according to Police Chief Charlie Kush. Responding officers reported seeing Jordan Lee Pager, 32, walking from the residence, yelling at ambulance personnel while holding a handgun.

The investigation found no one else in the residence.
Kush said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be filed.
