BELPRE -- The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on Sept. 23:
Sept. 15:
* Monique M. Willson, 70, Wheeling, was cited for red light violation and improper lane change violation.
Sept. 16:
* Kristi D. Skinner, 35, Mineral Wells, was cited for expired registration.
* Venson E. Moore IV, 19, Belpre, was cited for speed 52 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Sept. 17:
* Jasmine R. Pryor, 23, Vienna, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of assault and two counts of domestic violence.
* Brandon L. Ball, 46, Marietta, was cited for expired registration.
* Scott P. Graub, 45, Parkersburg, was cited for driving under suspension.
* Alvarez L. Vasquez, 23, Murfreesboro, Tenn., was cited for no operator license.
* Shaun M. Bartlett, 40, Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of criminal trespass.
Sept. 19:
* Tyler P. Ebra, 33, Marietta, was cited for driving under suspension.
Sept. 20:
* Victor W. Jones, 46, Coolville, was cited for expired registration.
* Johnny R Kinney, 35, Ravenna, Ohio, was cited for having an open container of liquor in a public place.
Sept. 21:
* Shawn E. Owens, 20, Vincent, was cited for expired registration.
* Dustin C. Murray, 43, Coolville, was cited for driving under suspension and a red light violation.
* Terry A. Pierce, 49, Vincent, was cited for driving under suspension, fictitious registration and expired registration.
Sept. 22
* Summer E. Murphy, 30, Belpre, was cited for having no operator license.
* Macklin M. Miller, 31, Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
