BELPRE -- The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Sept. 16:
Sept. 7
* Zachary A. Richard, 26, of Parkersburg, was cited for display of license plates.
* Amanda J. Lowe, 35, of Belpre, was cited for speed 66 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Edna M. Palmer, 67, of Little Hocking, was cited for speed 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Gary A. Freed, 49, of Big Springs, W.Va., was cited for driving under suspension, fictitious registration and expired registration.
Sept. 8
* William G. Ivey, 70, of Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Sept. 10
* David A. McCarty, 58, of Parkersburg, was served fail to appear warrants out of Belpre Mayor's Court on the charges of no operator license and expired registration.
Sept. 11
* Terry B. Fox, 50, of Belpre, was cited for no operator license and no tail lights.
* Jacob W. Cooke, 32, of Belpre, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Sept. 12
* Jimmie D. Carter, 30, of Akron, Ohio, was arrested for receiving stolen property and for driving under suspension. She was taken to the Washington County Jail.
Sept. 14
* Tina M. Fuller, 56, of Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct while fighting.
