BELPRE -- The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Sept. 6:
Aug. 25
* Jacob R. Griffith, 29, of Belpre was served summons for two assault charges through Belpre Mayor's Court.
Aug. 28
* Michael J. Lewis, 35, of Fleming was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on warrants out of the Washington County Sheriff Office for the charges of fail to appear on probation violation and breach of personal recognizance.
Aug. 29
* Jennifer L. Murrey, 40, of Vincent was cited for speed 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Ashton R. Caplinger, 23, of Parkersburg was cited for expired registration.
Sept. 2
* Brianna K. Daugherty, 34, of Belpre was arrested on the charge of unlawful restraint.
Sept. 3
* Angelic D. Lucas, 44, of Belpre was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.
Sept. 4
* Amber M. Blair, 23, of Belpre was cited for speed 93 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Jessica F. Price, 41, of Marietta was cited for driving under suspension, expired registration and fictitious registration.
* Christopher A. Sams Jr., 37, of Parkersburg was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.
