PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on July 30:

* Kristian Nichole Delancey, 3507 Millbrook Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $376.48. She had charges of having no proof of insurance (two counts) and a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Levi William Barker, 3506 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended operator’s license and fined $276.48. A charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $366.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Cassandra Jean Miller, 410 11th St. Unit 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $116.76 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.

* Crystal Virginia Marlow, 1010 Grandview St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (75 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $181.48. She had a charge of having no MVI dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Ellen M. Devore, 2008 Ashbrooke Ave., Louisville, pleaded no contest to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $181.48.

* Danyale Brooke Whited, 1011 Market St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Abdul Raheem Niasse, 2420 Mapleside Rd., Cleveland, pleaded no contest to speeding (91 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $201.48.

* Wesley M. Lindamood, 3613 24th St. NE, Washington DC, pleaded no contest to speeding (79 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $186.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided.

* Lovauntea Javon Mickens, 2601 17th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Shawn J. Strickland, 128 West Palm Beach Ave., White Sulphur Spring, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license, having no registration and fined $539.44. Charges of no insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Bradley Allen Byrd, 32 Tetrick St., Cairo, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $376.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Shawn Ryan Cline, 152 Ryanwood Village, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without evidence of registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Laurence Duaine Lower, 28 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and $276.48. He had a charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Edward Wayne Houk Jr., 1603 Beaver St. Apt A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $236.48. Another charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Quinten Michael Keller, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a safety order, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on nine months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served.

* Candice Faye Willis, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.

* Joseph L. Lanham, 610 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and having no proof of insurance and fined $562.96. Charges of improper registration and driving on a suspended license were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kyle Ywain Life, 101 Kenwood St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement

* Carrie Lynn Carlson, 28 Maze Rd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $351.48 and sentenced to 11 hours in jail.

* Rachel Lynn Flanders, 119 Newbanks Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to having no PFD in a kayak and fined $196.48.

* Clarence Andrew Wires IV, 5960 Staunton Turnpike, Davisville, had a charge of destruction of property dismissed after deferred adjudication was completed successfully.

* Sierra Renee Bowen, 95 Prospect Rd., Cottageville, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed after deferred adjudication was completed successfully.

* Timothy Howard Leep, 28 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no PFD in a kayak and fined $196.48.

* Scott Anthony Daniels, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice and it will be refiled as felony third-offense domestic battery.

* Rebecca Dawn Carpenter, 803 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs, fined $331.48 and sentenced to four hours in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Isaac Andrew Conner, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed as the alleged victim does not want to pursue.

* David Lee McPherson II, 872 Bull Run Rd., Waverly, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served.

* Amber Dawn Durnell, 2372 Blair Rd., Coolville, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and shoplifting, fined $564.44 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served. She was ordered to pay a $551.98 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. Another charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Charles W. Romito, 11264 Dupont Rd., Washington, pleaded no contest to having expired motor vehicle registration and fined $181.48.

* Shrudon Henry Jerico Groves, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,500 bond.

* Alexis Jose Tello-Cardenas, 804 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no helmet, no license and no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Kyle Joseph Phillips, 10465 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on $100 bond.

* Scott Anthony Daniels, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and released on $10,000 bond.

* Luka B. Yakim, 1161 North Oak Grove Rd., Williamstown, was arraigned on two counts of assault and held on $1,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on July 31:

* Keenan Wish Mills, 1609 Hill St. Apt. 8, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Joshua Caleb Saunders, 1323 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $1,000 bond.

* Sherry Mae Reynolds, 373 Bear Hollow Dr., Walker, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and having no proof of insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Allen Lee Deem, 1710 31st St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Guy F. Boggs, 1208 15th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and maintaining a dwelling for the use of a controlled substance and released on $2,500 bond.

* Charold E. Hill, 430 Loomis Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* Amber L. Mover, 115 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance, having defective equipment and driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Steven Wayne Brogle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of an imitation controlled substance and released on $2,500 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,500 bond.

* Jennifer Rence Conant, 2 Worthington Lane Apt 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, fined $146.48 and sentenced to three months in jail after not meeting the conditions of a diversion agreement.

* Tannikah Rense Kemp, 1334 Spring St., Parkersburg, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed due to a lack of evidence.

* Brent Alan Piggott, 1464 Barnett Ridge Rd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Wayne Anthony Rhodes, 820 Millbranch Rd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, improper registration, having no operator’s license and having an unsafe/improperly equipped vehicle and fined $512.96. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Robert Elijah Anderson, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice due to a lack of evidence.

* Charles Walter Romito, 11264 Dupont Rd., Washington, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of three days for time served. Charges of failure to process, disorderly conduct and public intoxication were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Scott Robert Hickman, Parkersburg, had charges of unlawful restraint and domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim requested the case be dismissed.

* John Nathaniel Dillard, 617 Lambert St., Belpre, had probable cause found for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Fernando Lewis Bowers, Rockport, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting and fined $211.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Ann Street in Parkersburg. He had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.

* Terry Allen Pierce, Belpre, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of strangulation dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Michael Eugene Myers, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of nine days for time served. He had charges of strangulation and malicious/unlawful assault dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Aaron Matthew Ewing, 47 Gihon Meadows Dr. Apt. 132, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance, no insurance and two counts of driving on a suspended license and released on $2,000 bond.

* Rondall Wallace Grady, 2909 Ohio St., Saginaw, Michigan, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession with intent to deliver “mushrooms” and held on $50,000 bond.

* Allison Jean Nicholson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,500 bond.

* Tammara Kay Briggs, 1900 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of animals and released on $500 bond.

* Cidney Ann Nichols, 1801½ 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and released on $1,500 bond.

* Kadek Astrini, 4614 Sixth Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to selling/providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.

* Skylar B. Sinnett, 4300 14th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling/providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.

* Autumn Christine Donegan, 114 Townsend Ave., Girard, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding (85 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $186.48.

* Charles Edward Hamilton, 1504 Windham Lane, Silver Spring, Md., pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $196.48.

* Logan C. Hardbarger, 84 Battle Run Rd., Harrisville, pleaded no contest to speeding (69 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Jayden Blake Dillion, 2315 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having defective equipment and fined $362.96.

* Tyler Levi Varner, 1270 Kites Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Joshua Ryan Muntz, 15 Julian St., Newport, pleaded guilty to selling/providing beer to someone under 21 and fined $201.48.

* Fernando Lewis Bowers, 3618 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
