BELPRE -- The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Aug. 26:
Aug. 12
* Cortney D. Pugh, 30, of Marietta, was cited for fail to obey traffic control device.
Aug. 13
* Courtney L. Paschen, 48, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Aug. 24
* Ellie J. Christman, 23, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
* Rachel M. Brown, 38, of Minford, Ohio, was cited for speed 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.
* Elijah J. Cohen, 20, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
* Adam L. Cook, 38, of Marietta, was cited for no operator license.
Aug. 25
* Jimmie J. Staats, 57, of Belpre, was cited for disorderly conduct.
* Samantha J. Paugh, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a theft warrant out of Marietta Police Department and transported to the Washington County Jail.
* Cody L. Pelfrey, 36, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant out of Marietta Police Department for fictitious plates and transported to the Washington County Jail. Pelfrey was also cited for driving under suspension.
