BELPRE -- The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Aug. 12:
Aug. 5
* Joshua R. Barton, 43, of Coolville, was arrested and transported to Athens County on a felony warrant for aggravated possession of drugs.
* Veronica L. Fortino, 32, of Parkersburg, was arrested on the charge of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Aug. 6
* Alan V. Shields, 69, of Vienna, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Aug. 7
* Kevin A. Loscar, 56, of Parkersburg, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Aug. 8
* Hannah L. Wilfong, 27, of Mineral Wells, was cited for driving under suspension.
Aug. 9
* Shawn H. Miller, 54, of Marietta, was cited for driving under a OVI suspension and expired registration.
* Kyle A. Bryant, 36, of Belpre, was arrested on a warrant out of Muskingum County and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of failed to comply with court order in a civil case.
Aug. 10
* Tonia D. Westenfeld, 45, of Parkersburg, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a fail to appear warrant through the Belpre Mayor's Court on the charge of criminal trespass.
* Allen M. Lott, 52, of Davisville, was cited for driving under suspension.
Aug. 11
* Jennifer I. Landolfi, 51, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail for domestic violence and a fail to appear warrant out of Marietta Municipal Court for theft.
