July 3
* James C. Perrine, 40, Newport, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.
July 4
* Jessica F. Price, 41, Marietta, was arrested on failure to appear warrants out of Belpre Mayor's Court on the charges of driving under suspension and expired registration.
* Bethany R. Huber, 28, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
July 8
* Susan C. Goss, 55, Belpre, was cited for left of center.
July 9
* Timothy J. Lewis, 30, Williamstown, was cited for expired registration.
* Larry C. Lauer, 66, Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
* Steven T. Nolan, 33, Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a domestic violence warrant.
