PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 26-28:
* Dana Russell Broyles, 1600½ Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of cultivation of marijuana. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Nathan Lee Manley, 1015 18th St. Apt. C4, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Justin Gregory Williams, 407 Locust Court, Parkersburg, had a charge of attempt to commit a felony dismissed without prejudice as no alleged victim, no officer and no witness appeared in court.
* Ralfe Lindel Upshaw, 7299 Fall Creek Lane, Columbus, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brandi Sue Griswold, 15½ Highland Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for five counts of gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Zachary Dennis Zide, 611 Williams Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, fined $176.48 and placed on 30 days of home confinement. He had a charge of DUI dismissed.
* Kaitlyn Brianne Bailey, 28430 Torch Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and placed on 90 days of home confinement. She had another two charges of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and accidents involving injury, fined $462.96 and placed on six months of home confinement.
* Amos Norbert Sigman, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Gallia County, Ohio, on a charge of possession of drugs and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He is being held until a bond hearing is done in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Michael Warren Maddox, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of meth and held on $200,000 bond.
* Tyler Ashbey Deems, 3209 Hemlock Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) and was held on $200,000 bond.
* Loretta Jean Crites, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (meth) and held on $200,000 bond.
* Tawny Theresa Wilson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) and was held on $200,000 bond.
* Rodger Alan Wooten, 1600 Pike St. Room 42, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (meth) and held on $50,000 bond.
* April Ann Mounts, 56 Friendly Lane, Elizabeth, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting (warrant) and two counts of obstruction and released on $3,000 bond.
* Cassandra Jean Miller, 410 11th St. Unit 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Steven Joseph Carnes, 1287 Hocking Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, failure to maintain control, possession of a controlled substance and speeding and released on $4,000 bond.
* Thomas Robert Buffington, 11290 Dupont Road, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and released on $1,000 bond.
* Agustin Gomez, 10 Bookmark Lane, Ripley, was arraigned on charges of DUI and having no operator’s license and released on $2,000 bond.
* Steven John Carter, 121 West 4½ Street Apt. 1C, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Leta Darlene Hildreth, 422 Southern Highway, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Brandy Kay Griswold, 1314 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* William Michael Dennis, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing (two counts) and destruction of property and released on $1,500 bond.
* John Jason Blevins, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Curtis Cecil Wayne Bolton, 6858 Pike St. Apt. 16, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Brian Keith Goodnight, 942 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, having improper registration, driving on a suspended license and having defective equipment and released on $2,000 bond.
* Alexandria Elizath Hershberger, 1520 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,500 bond.
* Brandon James Lott, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic assault, obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $600 bond.
* William Cody Ball, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.
* Denver Woodrow Gibson III, 2508 26th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.
* Michael Andrew Galluccio Sr., 2804 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.
* David Paul Snyder, 805 12th St., Port Royal S.C., was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and released on $2,000 bond.
* Nicole Lee Gibson, 1311 Grandview Manor, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction and assault on a police officer and released on $1,500 bond.
* Brierra Ann Abimiku, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.
* Eric Dale Watkins, 2875 South Calhoun Highway, Grantsville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $210.48. He was ordered to pay a $63.90 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Nina Marie Duncan, 1201 Ninth St. Apt. 16, Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $181.48. She was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Trevor Michael Lockhart, 410 11th St. Unit 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $181.48. She was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Makenzie Sharay Arnold, 1323 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to improper use of turn lane and fined $181.48.
* Dallas Adam Wilson, 715 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $200.
* James A. Franklin, 10 Gallatin St., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* James A Franklin, 10 Gallatin St., Ravenswood, had a charge of expired registration dismissed after proof of registration was provided to the court.
* Evan Matthew Bibbee, 2361 Meadowview Dr. Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Katlynn P. Lott, 642 Douglas Ave., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Joshua Stephen Willard, 2204 Fletcher Ave., Dunbar, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Garrett Tyler Jackson, 376 Nursery Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to having an expired MVI and fined $181.48. A charge of having no vehicle registration was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.
* Paul Michael Harton, 66 Berkley Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.
* David Walter Vanden Bergle, 4812 Somerset Rd., Riverdale, Maryland, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Elijah James Boston, 96 Cedar Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having an expired operator’s license and fined $181.48.
* Aaron J. Harvey, 417 Cross Road, Belpre, pleaded no contest to electronically distracted driving and fined $100 bond.
