PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 21:
* Kierson Cheyenne Donaway, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and Donaway was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Joseph Thomas Dinnin, 276 Wood St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and fined $574.44. A required security (insurance) violation and a charge of going left of center were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
*Angela Kay Wingrove, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt 104D, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Another charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Daneille Sue Kuhens, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Caiden Lee Burke, 2608 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of speeding was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Marshall Ray Drake II, 3475 Glen Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), fined $452.96 and placed on six months of unsupervised probation. Charges of consumption of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a motor vehicle and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Samantha Danielle Crouch, 810 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a condemned structure and fined $181.48.
* James Wiley Miller, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not want to pursue.
* David Franklin Thomas, 2987 Dutch Ridge Rd. Apt. 17, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Robert Joseph Brown, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not want to pursue.
* Haylee Leannda Allen, 36 Powell Dr. Apt. 67, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Dillon Matthew Jamison, 3707 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of violation of an emergency protective order dismissed as the order has expired.
* Jayme Lea Modesitt, 115 Mound St., Parkersburg, had charges of having no insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Ryan Crete Yeager, Walker, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not want to pursue.
* John Paul Cox, 10040 Staunton Turnpike, Walker, pleaded guilty to improper registration and fined $357.96. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Brayden Taylor Roux, 8095 Muskingum River Rd., Lowell, had charges of improper lane change and driving too fast for roadway conditions dismissed without prejudice as further investigation is needed.
* Kenny Dwain Westfall, 539 Man of War Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to failure to make a change of address on an operator’s license and fined $181.48. A charge of speeding was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Christopher Edward Sowers II, 305 Access Rd., Williamstown, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Emily Ann Wagner, 140 Newells Run Road, Newport, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fraudulent use of an access device. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Roderick Eugene Drain II, 1805 Erie St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Lindsay Marie Stehly, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt 208B, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of third-offense DUI. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Joshua Nathaniel Blake, Rockport, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of malicious or unlawful assault and child abuse by a parent/guardian/custodian causing bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Valerie Lynn Rebholz-Smith, 534 Beeman Rd., Washington, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $5,000 bond.
* Enouch J. Kermue, 545 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle and held on $10,000 bond.
* Tony Mason Pierce, 3910 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Eric Matthew Dowler, 601 O’Neal St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Roy Lee Goodnight Jr., 413 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and held on $30,000 bond.
* Clair Elizabeth Fulmer, 407 Oakwood Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Megan Kelly Collins, 5730 Nicholson Dr., Hudson, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $196.48.
* Roger L. Coe, 348 Slate Run, Belleville, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. Charges of having no registration and no proof of insurance were dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Colton Skyler Sparks, 32 Cole St., Middleport, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Peggy Daniell Grygiel, 165 Daniell Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.
* Whitney Danielle Harper Davis, 115 B Ervin St., Clover, S.C., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Mandy Lea Cole, 116 NU Chance Dr., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 22:
* Nickolas Paul Artherhults, 2810 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding (55 mph and a 45 mph zone). The fine was not listed. A charge of having no registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Kurt Edwin Murray, 163 East Park St., Rittman, Ohio, had a preliminary hearing waived for third-offense DUI. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Zach Aaron Damron, 1030 Seventh Ave., Huntington, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 20 days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Sheila Lynn Butler, Crown City, Ohio was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $500 bond.
* Steven Nathaniel Hutson, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operator’s license, having no insurance and having defective equipment and released on $500 bond.
* Charles Wayne Davis Jr., 601 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper turning and driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.
* Amber Dawn Powell, 509 Ward St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, wearing no seatbelt and having no proof of insurance and released on $1,200 bond.
* Kara D. Long, 1824 Murdoch Ave. Building C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired MVI and having expired registration and released on $500 bond.
* Michael Kristopher Parsons, 718 Tuttle St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.
* Allen Ray Garner, Sutton, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of escape and held on $5,000 bond.
* Michelle Carol Bennett, 2145 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Taylor Shea Hefner-Reed, 93 Emerald Dr., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Devin Christopher Elder, 3626 Stella St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and vehicle tampering and released on $1,000 bond.
* Amanda Rae Wilson, 1824 Murdoch Ave. Building C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Kathy Christina McCray-Dawson, 6001 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violation of a domestic violence protective order and shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $500 bond.
* Tyler Craig Mossor, 1126 46th St. Apt. 6, Vienna, pleaded no contest to public intoxication (drugs) and fined $181.48.
* Austin John Gabritsch, 1200 11th St #2, Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for road conditions and fined $196.48.
* Julie Marie Tomblin, 802 Seventh St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $144.68 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg.
* Gary Lee Losey, 802 Seventh St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg.
* Carl Lee Martin III, 4204 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and fined $25.
* Deborah A. Heinzeroth, 95 Lyndsay Ave., Wellsburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $201.48.
* Donivan P. Beeler, 1030 Michaelis Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to hunting or fishing without a license and fined $196.48.
* William C. Lemon, 3 Christy Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without registration was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Kortney Elisa Elam, 155 Warren Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of speeding and fined $367.96.
