Picture This: Crash at Eight and Avery in Parkersburg

Emergency officials responded to a two-vehicle crash at Eighth and Avery streets at 3:22 p.m. Thursday. A gray Jeep turned over, trapping someone inside. Parkersburg Fire Department personnel were able to free the individual. WVU Medicine Camden Clark medics took them to the hospital for injury assessment. Parkersburg Police Department and Wood County Sheriff’s Department were also on scene. No additional information was available at press time. (Photo by Kristen Hainkel)
