April 24
* Hillary P. Patterson, 41, of Washington, was cited for expired registration.
April 29
* Kira D. Bowen, 33, Washington, was cited for expired registration.
* David G. McQuaid, 45, of Rio Grande, Ohio, was cited for driving under suspension.
May 1
* Anya C. Horsey, 32, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
May 3
* Wayne L. Ruth, 37, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
* Ryan K. Johnson, 25, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail for a charge of domestic violence.
May 4
* Kelsey M. Morrison, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail for charges of fugitive from justice, two felony warrants out of Michigan for assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and tampering with evidence.

* Heather M. Koffel, 47, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
