PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 19-21:

* Terry L. Williams, 71 Lantana Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to electronically distracted driving and fined $100.

* Holly Christina Stanley, 1359 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to having an expired tag and fined $186.48.

* Kenneth Ray Parrish, 2503 Beverly St. Apt. 13 E, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $191.48.

* Sarah Beth Wright, 628 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $500 bond.

* David John Davis, 920 Farrow Hill Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $251.48.

* Rachell Lee McMullen, 824 24th St., Huntington, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and was sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge dismissed of manufacture or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or meth.

* Tye Bernard Lewandowski, 861 Big Bend Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and fined $196.48. A charge of conspiracy relating to withholding information, obstructing officers was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kierston L. Holsbrooks-Micks, 3065 Newberry Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* Aaron Nathaniel White, 1010 Florence St. Apt. 5, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer on foot and attempting to commit shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Jeffrey Edward Deem, 1703 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle and reckless driving and released on $2,000 bond.

* Stephanie D. McCumbers, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Lisa Lynn Watson, 52 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and battery of a police officer and released on $1,500 bond.

* Alexus Kay Steakley, 14 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on $1,500 bond.

* Miranda Dianne Bozeman, PO Box 8, Caldwell, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, over $500; shoplifting, under $500 (two counts); obstruction, trespassing and held on $2,500 bond.

* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $500 bond.

* Brandon Cody Burton, 802 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle and held on $3,000 bond.

* Ryann Lynn Eddy, 802 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being an accessory before or after the fact and released on $12,000 bond.

* Justin Ryan White, 1025 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and held on $18,000 bond. He was also arraigned on charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and obstruction and held on $12,000 bond.

* Dana Paul Persinger Jr., 1200 11th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver (meth), possession with intent to deliver (sublinguals) (buprenorphine) and held on $75,000 bond.

* Sarah Ann Wyatt, 2400 36th St. (upstairs), Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth) and released on $5,000 bond.

* Alexus Kay Steakley, 14 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and transporting a controlled substance into a correctional facility and released on $75,000 bond.

* Damon Lee Bonham, 1400 23rd St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on $25,000 bond.

* Robert Nevonicus Aguilar, 1600 Tygart St. Apt. #8, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on $100,000 bond.

* Evan Robert Tucker, 2049 Old River Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of attempted to commit a felony (malicious assault) and held on $25,000 bond.

* Jessica Michelle Ogena, 656 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury and released on $10,000 bond.

* Andrew David Haverer, 656 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury and released on $10,000 bond.

* Brandon James Sampson, 656 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury and released on $10,000 bond.

* Brandon Scott Williams, 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $12,000 bond.

* Mark Edward Still, 2108 Maxwell Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no tail lights, driving on a suspended license, driving on a revoked/DUI and having no helmet and released on $750 bond.

* Aaron Lee Davis, 2833 Meadville Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and having expired MVI and released on $250 bond.

* Dakota Lynn Green, 811 7th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
