PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 11:

* Michael David Enoch, 607 33rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of improper registration was dismissed.

* Corey John Phelps-Apostolec, 117 McColloch Dr., Wheeling, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Dawson David Ball, 79 Hayes St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $376.48.

* Johnathon Eugene Farnsworth, 2400 36th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $176.48.

* Sara R. Givens, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth) and fined $186.48. A charge of having no operators license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Moussa Yakar Nzalle, 907 30th St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $261.48. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jessica Kelley, 1101 Quincy St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $386.48. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Michael James Fittro II, 907 33rd St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of meth and fined $198.48. He also pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $176.48 and sentenced to five days in jail. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. A charge of trespassing was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Charles Edward Collins, 467 Gates Ridge Rd., Rockport, pleaded guilty to having prohibitions on open dumps, fined $176.48 and he was sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and placed on six months of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to clean up the site with the approval of DNR. Charges of improper disposal of solid waste, open burning of solid waste and failure to provide proof of properly disposing of solid waste were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Brice Weston Lawson, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Marquette Lorenzo Bannerman, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to domestic battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Alexis Mercedes Barker, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, had two counts of intimidation-harassment dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jack Meloy Miller Jr., PO Box 207, Waverly, had a charge of violation of a domestic violence order dismissed without prejudice.

* Tracy Lea Cline, 412 Lubeck Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and placed on six months of unsupervised probation after she was unsuccessful in the LEADS program.

* Shawn Wayne Bailey, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of obstruction was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Brian Allen Allman, Waverly, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $201.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was also ordered to do one year of counseling.

* Sara Renae Givens, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Walgreens store in Vienna.

* Alexis Mercedes Barker, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to harassment, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* John Wesley Kellaway II, 415 13th St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, fined $276.48 and sentenced to one year in jail and placed on two years of unsupervised probation.

* Alexander Robert Murdock, 160 Haas Dr., Stockport, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of fraudulent schemes and fraudulent filings and released on $2,000 bond.

* Betty Jean Swiger, 2112 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and released on $1,000 bond.

* Vonda Darlene Wheaton, 1214 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,500 bond.

* Rhonda Marie Bay, 1214 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,500 bond.

* Christopher Maurice Davis, Akron, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and held on $75,000 bond.

* Rachell Lee McMullen, Huntington, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance and held on $75,000 bond.
