BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports:

April 8

* Everett Swiger, 43, of Parkersburg, was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail on fail to appear warrants for the charges of driving under OVI suspension and expired registration.

April 9

* Kelly M. Wells, 40, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Matthew J. Trezza, 28, of Marietta, was cited for driving under suspension and fictitious registration.

April 10

* Justin A. Smith, 37, of Davisville, was cited for speed 70 mph in a 50 mph zone and no operator license.

April 11

* Garrett N. Ryan, 21, of Vienna, was cited for expired registration.

April 15

* Cameron H. Hamrick, 24, of Belpre, was cited for speed 60 mph in a 50 mph zone.

* Edward E. Acree, 59, of Belpre, was cited for dog running at large.

April 16

* Iris L. Hemenway, 81, of Belpre, was cited for assured clear distance.

* Codey D. Maze, 30, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension.

April 17

* Vicki L. Curry, 49, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

April 18

* Cammi M. Deegan, 22, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.

* Thomas H. Bailey Jr., 59, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charges of fugitive of justice from West Virginia for parole violation.

April 20

* Justin L. Knight, 35, of Parkersburg, was cited for speed 71mph in a 50 mph zone.

April 22

* Marcus E. Macauley, 18, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of strangulation.

April 23

* Michelle A. Grafton, 34, of Cumberland, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of theft.

* Jodie A. Gray, 49, of Marietta, was cited for fail to yield at a intersection.
