PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 1-3:

* Richard Dwight Ringer, 1302 University Dr. NE, Atlanta, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Alex David Michael, 1323½ 12th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Andrea Rose Willis, 184 Electric Ave., Bellville, W.Va., pleaded guilty to having no insurance, operating a vehicle without registration and fined $557.96.

* Johnathan Patrick Lott, 721 Celia St., Parkersburg, had probable cause found on a charge of kidnapping. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Izaak Noah Morris, 321 17th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Michael Shane Donague, 4205 Jefferson St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing law enforcement with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which will run concurrent to a parole violation.

* Briana Marie Jones, 263 Maple Shades Court, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $5,000 bond.

* Calvin Jennings Schoolcraft, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jason Evan Matheny, 1912 Glad Stone St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license, driving without headlights, having defective equipment and possession of a controlled substance and released on $800 bond.

* Jackwaynette Mistyque Blake, 110 Powell Dr. Apt. 46, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and released on $500 bond.

* Timothy Scott Warner, 615 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance and released on $600 bond.

* Mathew Collin Murray, 6450 Tuckers Creek Rd., Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of violating a protective order, possession of a controlled substance, third-offense driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, failure to obey a traffic control device, having expired registration and having defective equipment and released on $1,900 bond.

* Jason James Littleton, 1606 Erie St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Angela Kay Wingrove, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt. 104D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Charles Patrick King, 1808 Worthington St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second offense shoplifting and released on $1,500 bond.

* Robert Martin Shepherd, 1602 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Allen Dale Ball, 1857½ Seventh St., Parkersburg was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County for failure to appear for a hearing on a felony charge. He is being held until a hearing can be held in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Amber Louise Kyer, 695 Short Run Rd., Belleville, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph Thomas Dinnin, 276 Wood St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, having no insurance, crashes involving damage to vehicle and passing in a no passing zone and released on $900 bond.

* Thomas Jason Lafrance, 114 Cedar St., New Haven, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $500 bond.

* Izaak Noah Morris, 321 17th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and held on $500 bond.

* Daniel Garcia Olvera, 3417 East 7th St. Room 114, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having no operator’s license and released on $500 bond.

* David Ryan Westfall, 47 Boggess St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and having no seatbelt and released on $500 bond.

* Marshall Ray Drake II, 3475 Glen Ave., Parkersburg, possession of a controlled substance, having an open container, driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on $2,000 bond.

* Evangeline Renae Schaffer, 609 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and having no MVI and released on $500 bond.

* Daniel Paul Dillon, 24 Palestine Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI and obstruction and released on $2,000 bond.

* Edward Lee Martinez II, 1434 Collins Road NW, Lancaster, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and held on $2,000 bond.

* Danielle Sue Kuhens, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Patrick Wayne Settle, 504 34th St. Apt. 2, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and held on $35,000 bond.

* Susie Ray Testerman, 504 34th St. Apt. 2, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and held on $35,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 4:

* Mark Daniel McDermott, 1293 Chesterville Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of expired registration and having no MVI and released on $500 bond.

* Kierson Cheyenne Donaway, 907 30th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery, public intoxication and obstruction and released on $1,100 bond.

* Christian Gale Biles, 1214 11th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and released on $50,000 bond.

* Jeremiah Lee Dillon, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, destruction of property, obstruction and assault of a police officer and held on $2,000 bond.

* Autumn Marie Gloeckner, 991 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* Darin A. Marasco, 6333 Emerson Ave. Apt 14, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Shauna Christine Cook, 112 Karen St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $5,000 bond.

* Tara Ellen King, 1208 Lockwood St. Apt. A, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting – greater than $500 (two counts) and trespassing and released on $1,000 bond.

* Mary Elizabeth Huskey, 1215 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of entering without breaking and released on $5,000 bond.

* Chase Eugene Emrick, 117 Hunters Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Sarah Jennifer Davis, 3 Brown Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of an approach of emergency vehicle violation and released on $1,000 bond.

* Melissa Jo Jacobsen, 714 Caroline Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Kinsley Peter Kwaku Jyan, 960 Southerly Road Apt. Towson, Baltimore, Maryland, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* David Edward Britton, 2100 17th St. Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture or possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance narcotic or meth.

* Sean Patrick Fewer, 246 Ransom Ave., Sherrill, New York, pleaded guilty to DUI with a BAC of less than .15, fined $351.48 and sentenced to 24 hours in jail. A charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Dustin Shane Mace, 7916 Deerwalk Highway, Waverly, pleaded guilty to improper disposal of solid waste and fined $326.48.

* Amanda J. LeMaster, 803 Jericho Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Tecaro Preaun Saunders, 501 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to public intoxication and fined $181.48.

* Brayden Seth Richards, 2104 Private St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Cynthia Danielle McCay, 338 Crown Manor Circle, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $196.48.

* Kyle Patrick Lewis, 100 Raspberry Dr., Walker, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI less than .150, having no insurance, having expired MVI, having no registration and failure to maintain control and released on $4,000 bond.

* Roger Glen Shawver, 1511 Badgley Fork Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25.

* Richard Jason Coll, 232 Empire Dr., St. Albans, had a preliminary hearing waived on three counts of forgery and uttering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Daniel Brady Wolfe, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 5:

* Franklin William Bevel, 2718 Palestine Road, Palestine, pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation and fined $181.48.

* Kristin Nichole Ames, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.

* Kayla Nichole Hemingway, 1718 Deerwalk Highway, Waverly, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions.

* Christopher Lee Adkins, 824 Lakeview Dr. Apt. 301D, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and having no registration and fined $562.96. Charges of having no proof of insurance and another charge of having no registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Aaron Sean Davis, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violating a domestic violence protective order, fined $436.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail. The sentences will run concurrently. He was ordered to pay a $320 civil penalty to Boot Barn at the Grand Central Mall.

* Juanita Nichole Fletcher, 809 Franklin Ave., Belpre, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of grand larceny dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Vernon Edward Sprouse Jr., 914 Laverne St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II controlled substance -narcotic or meth (two counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Rhonda Kaylynn Abbott, 1213 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served. A charge of keeping a residence for the use of controlled substances was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Joel Conrad Alontae Greer, Parkersburg, had a charge of destruction of property dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Joshua Darwin Shrader, 5725 Big Island Run Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to second offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Chadwick Myron Norman, 115 Morningside Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in an impaired state with a BAC of less than .15, driving on a suspended license for DUI, fined $637.96, sentenced to 10 hours in jail and placed on 30 days of home confinement. Charges of accidents involving damage to a vehicle, obstruction and having no insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jessica Dawn Woodward, 1630 Ridgeway Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and obstruction with threats of harm, fined $402.96 and sentenced to 8 days in jail. A charge of failure to process was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jacob Sterling Ross, 1707 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was found guilty of obstruction, fined $786.48 and placed on six months of home confinement. He was found not guilty of battery of a police officer.

* Shawn Wayne Bailey, 67984 State Route 124, Reedsville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Raymond Floyd Goodwin II, 113 Mitchell Lane, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to a vehicle, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 20 days in jail. He had another charge of accidents involving damage to a vehicle dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Steven John Carter, 4½ Front St., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of obstruction (making false statements) and driving on a suspended/revoked license and released on $500 bond.

* John Jason Blevins, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.

* Martin Gale Collins II, 1312 21st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of making terroristic threats and held on $15,000 bond.

* Alishya Danelle Dennis, 1304 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to animals and released on $2,000 bond.

* Ryan Matthew Raider, 1304 Bird St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to animals and released on $2,000 bond.
