PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 23-25:
* Raymond Floyd Goodwin II, 113 Mitchell Lane, Marietta, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $276.48 and sentenced to six months in jail. He was ordered to pay a $319.90 civil penalty to Boot Barn at the Grand Central Mall. He had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Robert Jeffrey Gurley, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI causing bodily injury, fined $471.48 and sentenced to six months in jail with a credit of five days for time served. Charges of DUI with a BAC of .15 or more, failure to maintain vehicle insurance, having no seat belts and a traffic light violation were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Mack Robinette III, 10870 St. Rt. 821, Lower Salem, pleaded guilty to maintaining a vehicle for drug use, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Morgan Makayla Beckett, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Michael Shane Donahue, 4205 Jefferson St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and held on $500 bond.
* James Wiley Miller, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $1,000 bond.
* Robert Dale Wiggins, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Wayne Alexander Hughes, 1002 23rd St. Apt #10, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired with a BAC of .15 or greater, having no insurance, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $3,500 bond.
* Kaitlyn Brianne Bailey, 28430 Torch Road, Coolville, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.
* Robert James McFee, 15 Mitchells Court, Washington, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,500 bond.
* Brandy Michelle Cozad, 816 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and released on $250 bond.
* Nicholas Charles McCoy, 816 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placarded structure and released on $100 bond.
* Shelley Renee Leasure, 1199 Pettyville Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Bonny Lyn Starkey, 1204 Ridge Drive, South Charleston, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of having an expired operator’s license was dismissed.
* Bryce M. Stacy, 1624 Hill St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without registration, having no operator’s license and fined $362.96.
* Zachary Alan Johnson, 913 BB 5th St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to a red light violation and having no operators license and fined $367.96.
* Markie Elizabeth Wolfe, 2700 Soyer St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Kirsten Nichole Short, 1726 Beaver St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Michael Patrick Sullivan, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing an officer and held on $1,500 bond.
* Patrick Anders Cheek, 2607 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (fentanyl) and held on $50,000 bond.
* Joshua Eric Allan, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of driving under suspension. He is being held without bond until a hearing is set in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Devon James Johnson, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of taking under $1,000 worth of merchandise from Walmart. He is being held without bond until a hearing is set in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kinsley Peter Kwaku Jyan, 960 Southerly Road Apt. 569, Baltimore, Md., was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and held on $25,000 bond.
* Jeemy Lincoln Cox, 253 Deerwalk Highway, Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $10,000 bond.
* Brandon Michael Zirkle, 1252 Gihon Rd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from an officer and possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,500 bond.
* Mikhial Andrew Short, 703 Locust St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle and released on $500 bond.
* Jason Daniel Graham, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and two counts of domestic battery and unlawful restraint and released on $1,500 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 26:
* Michael Dale Travis, 603 Hill St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $296.62 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with a credit of 11 days for time served. He had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Daniel Brent Jackson, 253 Railroad St., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to a charge of an exhaust equipment violation and fined $186.48. A charge of speeding was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Lester Lee Leonard III, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to trespassing, obstruction and fined $412.96.
* Krystal Lashae Cook, 119 Willowbrook Dr. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, had a charge of second-offense shoplifting dismissed as the state no longer wishes to pursue.
* Keshaun Amobi Crider, 302 Palmer Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 50 days in jail which was suspended and Crider was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Brent York, 707 Highland Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $226.48. A charge of obstruction was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Kimisha Shardae Wesley, 801 Bauer Ave., Charleston, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $104.68 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Robert James McFee, 15 Mitchells Court, Washington, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license (two counts), having defective equipment and released on $1,500 bond.
* Thomas B Moore Jr., 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, less than $500 and obstructing an officer and released on $1,000 bond.
* Kelsey Renee McConnell, 4501½ Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Richard E. Miller, 812 Grafton St. Apt. 814, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI, driving on a suspended license, going left of center and having defective exhaust and released on $2,000 bond.
* Walter D. McFee Jr., no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Meigs County on a charge of possession of drugs. He is being held without bond until a hearing is held in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Richard Michael West Jr., 25875 Main St., Coolville, was arraigned on a charge of expired registration and released on $500 bond.
* Krystal Lashae Cook, 119 Willowbrook Dr. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Chase Michael Kiser, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $5,000 bond.
* Roxanne Victoria Murphy, 1013 27th St. Apt. 4, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license (two counts) and a stop sign violation and released on $600 bond.
* Michael Ray Beatley, 522 Walnut Grove, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.
* James Russell Schimmel, 284 Newberne Rd., Cox’s Mill, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Tiffany Marie Full, 1902 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $457.96.
* Lance Vondel Bell, 1618 Jacob St., Wheeling, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.
* Carrie Dawn Carpenter, 130 Earhardt Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation and fined $186.48.
* David Joseph Perine, 1312 17th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.
* Justin Edward Palmer, Savage Apartments, 13th Street, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $196.48.
* Mikayla Skye Tingler, 1600 Knotts Ave. Apt. 101, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Crystal Lynn Williams, 1203 Greene St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Michael P. Zeros, 225 Degrassee Lane, Johnson City, Tenn., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.
* Joshua Aaron Stweart, 112 4½ St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 27:
* Debra A Lockhart, 549 Cecil Cor Rd., Palestine, W.Va., pleaded no contest to having no seatbelt and fined $25.
* Morgan Elizabeth Bartlett, 5303 Walker Rd., Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Kent Michael Davis, 315 South Fork Lane, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.
* Jennifer Rebecca McCrady, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed after the alleged victim did not appear in court.
* Paige Marnece Price, 711 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 12 days in jail which was ruled as being served after her participation in the LEAD Diversion program was revoked.
* Everett Swiger Jr., 515 Sixth St. Apartment 2B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $502.96. Charges of having an unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Casey Tyler Layton, 114 Little Addition, Davisville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, fleeing, fined $387.96 and placed on 30 days of home confinement with a credit of one day for time served. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. He had a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Joseph Stephen Nester, 403 A Savage Apartments, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic assault, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 42 days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Denzil Lon Wright, 33 Carpenter Run Rd., Waverly, pleaded guilty to failure to electronically register an 8-point buck and fined $226.48. Charges of illegal possession/harvest of an 8-point buck, failure to electronically register a doe and harvest over buck limit with a rifle were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Joseph Jack Burdette II, Davisville, had charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint of another person dismissed without prejudice.
* Jenna Danielle Radabaugh, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice as the state has had no contact with the alleged victim.
* Xander Evan Herrington, 276 Wilderness Valley Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding (79-mph in a 70-mph zone) and fined $181.48. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Thomas Daniel Lott, 907 33rd St., Parkersburg, had a charge of destruction of property dismissed after the alleged victim did not appear.
* Victor Branham Whittekind, 300 Colgate Dr., Marietta, had two counts of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed without prejudice.
* Theodore Harvey Jr., 1067 Goose Creek Rd., Petroleum, had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed after obtaining a valid operator’s license.
* Steven Wade Taylor, 2718 26th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of DUI dismissed after witnesses could not be located.
* Christy Lane Hughes, Mineral Wells, had charges of domestic battery, brandishing a deadly weapon and domestic assault dismissed as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue.
* Jhalil Ali Wright, 1414 Putnam Howe Dr., Belpre, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, failure to process, fined $387.96 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and Wright was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served. Charges of having no insurance and obstruction were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Cory Andrew Cordle, 611 Prince St., Princeton, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and $176.48. Charges of improper registration, required signal violation and no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $141.80 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Jenna Danielle Radabaugh, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed after the state had no contact with the alleged victim.
* Daniel Dwayne Flanigan, 1806 Foley Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed after successfully completing the LEAD Diversion program as part of a 12-month deferred sentence.
* Austin Levi Shears, 121 High St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to having an expired motor vehicle registration and fined $357.96. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Robert Arnold Bush, 1166 Butcher Hollow Rd., Ravenswood, had a charge of driving a vehicle in an impaired state dismissed after meeting the conditions of a deferred sentence.
* George Raymond Montgomery II, 3367 Loomis Ridge Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of DUI dismissed as part of a deferred sentence.
* Paige Marnece Price, 711 13th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kaijoun Joel Shomo, 508 Bearcreek Rd., Lowell, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I, II, III controlled substance, fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard and receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Deborah Lynn Martin, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of illegal disposal of sewage and released on $500 bond.
* Matthew Blake Dickel, 813 Hugh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of improper disposal of trash and released on $500 bond.
* Tyler Louis Lynn, 327 Oak Acres Circle, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of DUI less than .150 and released on $2,000 bond.
* Dante Kenneth Frazier 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer, obstruction, possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of counterfeit currency with intent to utter and held on $3,000 bond.
* Lovauntea Javon Mickens, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and released on $5,000 bond.
* Brianna Nichole Brisco, 3339 Roswell Dr., Columbus, was arraigned on charges of child neglect creating serious risk of injury and held on $15,000 bond.
* Jon Misha Thomas, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Meth) and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and held on $75,000 bond.
* Karen Maria Reynolds, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Meth) and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and held on $75,000 bond.
* Codey Dallas Maze, Belpre, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.
* James Paul Weigle, 2807 Rosemar Rd., Parkersburg, had a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm dismissed to allow for further investigation.
* Delbert John Brun, 215 Bella Vista Dr., Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of transferring/receiving stolen property and conspiracy. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Miguel Agustin Paniagua Castro, 1010 Teft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of soliciting a minor and released on $75,000 bond.
* David Scott Hennessee, 2761 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession or counterfeit or unauthorized access device with intent to defraud and released on $5,000 bond.
