PARKERSBURG — Between Jan. 10-18, officers of the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 704 calls for service, issued 50 citations, and completed 134 reports. Officers also responded to 27 motor vehicle crashes during that time.

Jan. 10

* Officers responded to Division Street in reference to a dumpster fire.

* Officers responded to Pike Street in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Beaver Street for an area/residence check.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to shoplifting.

* Officers responded to 19th Street in reference to a larceny.

* Officers responded to Quincy Street in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Nora R. Gordon, 24, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for Fugitive from Justice out of Washington County for burglary and warrants for obstruction and shoplifting.

* Adam J. Trus, 46, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Washington County for failure to appear for felony pretrial.

* Robert K. Fulmer, 22, of Belleville, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, attempt to commit a misdemeanor, and falsely reporting an emergency.

Jan. 11

* Officers responded to Dupont Road in reference to a larceny.

* Officers responded to Market Street in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Garfield Avenue in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Pike Street in reference to a business/area check.

* Officers responded to Harrison Avenue in reference to destruction of property.

* Jeffery A Ball, 41, of Washington, was arrested for trespassing, disorderly conduct, obstructing, and failure to process/fingerprint.

* Grant S. Dawson, 38, of Sandyville, was arrested on a capias warrant.

Jan. 12

* Officers responded to Ninth Avenue in reference to a larceny.

* Officers responded to Camden Avenue for an animal complaint.

* Bryan A. Wenmoth, 20, of Parkersburg, was arrested for no operators, obstructing an officer, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and prohibited person in possession of a firearm (misdemeanor).

* Dylon S. Nesselrotte, 28, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a capias warrant.

Jan. 13

* Officers responded to 31st Street in reference to a larceny.

* Officers responded to Terra Lane in reference to shoplifting.

* Officers responded to Murdoch Avenue in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Kelsey M. Morrison, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested for DUI second offense, disorderly conduct, failure to process, obstructing an officer, and battery on a police officer.

* Ethan E.R. Kelly, 18, of Parkersburg, was arrested for fleeing in vehicle while DUI.

* Carl H. Dearston, 60, of Parkersburg, was arrested for public intoxication, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

* Rhonda K. Abbott, 24, of Parkersburg, was arrested for maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of controlled substances and possession of a controlled substance.

* Katlin J. McMullen, 25, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant for parole violations.

Jan. 14

* Officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to shoplifting.

* Officers spoke to a complainant on station in reference to a fraud that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Kennedy Street in reference to vandalism.

* Rusty A. Steele, 51, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Virginia for possession of controlled substance, a felony.

* Steven L. Knicely, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested for shoplifting and a capias warrant.

Jan. 15

* Officers responded to Murdoch Avenue in reference to shoplifting.

* Officers responded to 39th Street in reference to an assist motorist.

* Erick F. Adams, 49, of Reedsville, Ohio, was arrested on a capias for violation of a protective order.

Jan. 16

* Officers responded to Staunton Avenue in reference to a structure fire.

* Officers responded to Division Street Extension in reference to a burglary that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Emerson Court to assist another agency in reference to an animal complaint.

* Officers responded to Camden Avenue in reference to a business/area check.

* Officers spoke to a complainant on station in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Matthew G. Howard, 29, of Parkersburg, was arrested for probation violations.

* Jessica D. Woodward, 43, of Parkersburg, was arrested for obstructing an officer.

* Kaleb R.W. Scott, 20, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a capias warrant.

* Izaak N. Morris, 26, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Washington County for receiving or possessing stolen property.

* Kristy M. Foutty, 45, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for driving while suspended/revoked and no insurance.

* Jessie F. Nichols, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, battery of a police officer, and trespassing.

* Shawna S. Wise, 40, of Parkersburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, and failure to process.

Jan. 18

* Officers responded to Park Center Drive in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Kemper Street in reference to a burglary that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Williams Street in reference to a civil disturbance.

* Officers responded to Latrobe Street in reference to a domestic disturbance.

* Officers responded to Nash Street in reference to a larceny.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to shoplifting, Warrants have been obtained.

* Jarrod V. Moore, 34, of Parkersburg, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, transferring or receiving stolen property, and warrants for attempt to commit a felony and destruction of property (misdemeanor).

* Vicky P. Johnson, 68, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Washington County for obstructing official business.

* Michael E. Taylor, 20, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery.

* Edward D. Binegar Jr., 20, of Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic battery.
