PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 4:
* Gavin Cayde Kujava, 342 Mitchells Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $436.48. A charge of having an expired license was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Marjae Leighia Striblin, 1204 Lockwood St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. Striblin was ordered to pay a $221.54 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. A charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Robert Ray Bunner, PO Box 696, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for driving under the influence, fined $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days home confinement which will be served concurrently with charges from Wirt County. A charge of operating a vehicle without proof of registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Damian Joseph Rutter, 5021 Wilsonburg Road, Salem, was arraigned on charges of transfer/receiving stolen property (less than $1,000), driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on $1,500 bond.
* Vernon Edward Sprouse Jr., 321 Owensport Drive, Palestine, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having improper registration, having no insurance and possession with intent to deliver meth and held on $105,000 bond.
* Haden Forest Roberts, 1703 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Justin Owen Chancellor, 1942 Worthington St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, having improper registration, having no insurance and having defective equipment and released on $3,000 bond.
* Tabitha Starr Haught, 321 Owensport Drive, Palestine, W.Va., was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $2,000 bond.
* David Lee Golden, 604 Anna Jarvis Drive, Grafton, was arraigned on four counts of violation of a protective order and held on $2,500 bond.
* Steven Nathaniel Hutson, 1319 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of hunting without permission and obstructing the Division of Natural Resources and released on $500 bond.
* Caleb Michael Smith, 1381 Harris Hwy., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and escape from custody and held on $51,000 bond.
* Shawn Edward Strothers, 614 Elder St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of hunting under the influence and released on $500 bond.
* Andrew Ryan Nichols, 1808 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to harvest doe, illegal possession of deer and two counts of failure to register and released on $1,500 bond.
* Curtis Daniel Miller, Ripley, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Heather Dawn Lucas, 9074 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.
* Rebecca Jean Midcap, 2054 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $196.48.
* Liliya Romaniuna Beha, 127 Anderson Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 5:
* Craig Phillip Hill, 172 Logan Lane, Parkersburg, had four counts of worthless checks dismissed.
* Robert Joseph Brown, 1003 Tefft St., Parkersburg, had a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed without prejudice.
* Nathaniel Augustus Habeb, 111 Washington Heights, Parkersburg, had charges of obstructing an officer, trespassing and failure to process dismissed without prejudice.
* Patrick Wayne Settle, 504 34th St., Apt. 2, Vienna, pleaded guilty to fleeing from an officer and shoplifting. He was fined $377.96 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended, and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed, per a plea agreement. He was ordered to pay a $239.20 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.
* Rocco D. Renaldo III, 3911 Sayre Ave., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an accident involving damage of a vehicle, having no insurance, was fined $552.96 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail for having no insurance which was suspended. The matter of restitution will be open for 60 days. Charges of failure to maintain control and driving on a suspended license were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Andrew Neil Hitt, 436 Cumberland Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and was fined $376.48. Charges of having no registration, having an improperly equipped vehicle and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Paul Edward Tennant, 58 Tiffany Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired inspection and driving on a suspended license and was fined $457.96.
* Mindi Sue Powell, PO Box 151, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and was fined $181.48. A charge of having defective equipment was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jeremy Joseph Brown, 339 Manor Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, was fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended for six months of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $198.46 civil penalty. A charge of trespassing was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jonathan Michuel Range, 117 Forest Ave., Mineral Wells, had a charge of violation of a protective order dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Douglas Lee Malone, 314 Produce Lane, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of possession with intent to deliver. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Michael William Welch II, 1709 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-offense shoplifting, was fined $178.47 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered not to return to any Sheetz store. He had charges of possessing a controlled substance without a prescription and third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Christopher Paul Smith, 2805 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and held on $100,000 bond.
* Dashan Anthony Barber, 1924 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of malicious assault and released on $5,000 bond.
* Allen Jacoby Russell, 237 Rummer Road, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of having defective equipment, reckless driving, two counts of having no insurance and two counts of driving on a suspended license and released on $3,000 bond.
* Eden Nicole Pennington, 3998 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone and released on $100 bond.
* Michael Dana Jozwick II, 1256 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond.
* Amy Marie Snyder, 987 Joshus Fork Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond.
* Gary Arthur Peterson, 1336 Dorsh Road, South Euclid, Ohio, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for roadway conditions and was fined $181.48.
* Caiden Lee Burke, 2608 26th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $186.48.
* Derak Shawn Cottrell, 1193 Dotson Memorial Road, Palestine, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $186.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 5:
* Ryan Alexander Williams, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.
* David Jon Tibbs II, 173 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a personal safety order and released on $500 bond.
* Mitchell Shane Goodwin, 1304 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $1,000 bond.
* Danielle Rae Burke, 515 Davisville Road, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $250 bond.
* Roy Eugene Beaver Jr., 302 Ingleside Ave., Apt. A, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident and released on $500 bond.
* Hueston Lee Kellar, 1756 Borland Springs, Waverly, had a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed as the officer is no longer in the area.
* Dalton Michael Pyles, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was fined $201.48.
* Robert Ray Bunner, 28 School St., Elizabeth, had a charge of driving on a revoked license for third-offense DUI dismissed.
* Christina Sue Shriver, 347 Locust St., New Martinsville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $186.48.
* Raesean Lea Wesel, 3960 Mountville Road, Glouster, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $191.48.
* Travis Lee Cutshaw, 35 Parkville Drive, Apt. 58, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $98.56 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. He is not allowed back in the store.
* Tessa N. Boyd, 108 Florida St., Sistersville, pleaded no contest to speeding (102 mph in a 70 mph zone) and was fined $181.48.
* Richard Gregory Styles Jr., 2021 Quail Forest Drive, Raleigh, N.C., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $181.48. He had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.
