PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 1-3:
* James Lee Hall, 1509 Covert St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a S5 narcotic and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $3,000 bond.
* Bo Douglas Thompson, PO Box 145, Taplin, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI and underage consumption and released on $2,000 bond.
* Scott Anthony Daniels, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, domestic assault and released on $2,000 bond.
* Dustin Eugene Fullmer, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Garrett County, Maryland, on two counts of forgery of documents.
* Brayden Sean Stephens, 5527 Walker Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of underaged consumption and released on $100 bond.
* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2300 Tracefork Road, Branchland, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $25,000 bond.
* Destiny Nevaeh McAfee, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.
* Brian Keith Kirl, 700 Barclay St., Lot #11, Belpre, was arraigned on five counts of caregiver neglect and five counts of battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Austin Tyler Harris, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence and released on $500 bond.
* Jessica Chiaravalle, 116 Oakwood Road, Cross Lanes, W.Va. Was arraigned on a warrant for worthless check and released on $250 bond.
* Nickey Lynn Goff, 630 ½ Burnthouse Road, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI and having defective equipment and released on $500 bond.
* James Michael Kidder, 612 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct and released on $1,500 bond.
* Joshua Matthew Arrick, 4163 Proctor Creek Road, Proctor, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $196.48.
* James L. Whiting, 9169 Charleston Road, Ripley, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Christopher William Hicks, 1261 Forrest Hills Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.
* Sarah K. Middleton, 4088 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. Charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having expired registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Charles Lee Bailey, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed as it has been over a year with no warrant.
* Drew Mackenzie Smith, 408 Fifth St., Lowell, pleaded guilty to shoplifting (concealing merchandise) and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $125.20 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting (altering register), fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $70.96 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.
* Alandre Felix Martinez, 609 Lulu St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Floyd Jesse Gordon Boggs, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, had a charge of grand larceny dismissed after the alleged victim did not appear in court.
* Megan Nicole Piece, c/o 1785 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, had a charge of uttering dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
* Samantha Renae Miller, 1411 Andrew St. Apt A., Parkersburg, had a charge of counterfeiting dismissed after the officer and the alleged victim did not appear in court.
* Mark Aaron McIntyre, 65 Beardsley Road, Lowell, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $25,000 bond.
* Matthew Kyle Hall, 2016 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and held on $25,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 4:
* Charlie Carlyle Payne, 50 Royal Garden Court Apt. 22, Mineral Wells, had a charge of delivery of a controlled substance dismissed due to insufficient evidence at this time.
* Charles Ray Mackey, 1131, Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Daniel Robert Woods-Blackwell, 1109 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $206.41 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with DRC participation. He had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Shane Andrew Salyers, 17 Millbrook Dr., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and driving on a suspended license dismissed. The firearm charge will be refiled as a felony.
* Kyle Ryan Shutts, 10 Gardenia Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and driving on a suspended license and fined $457.96. Charges of having an expired motor vehicle registration and having no insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Elisha Ceylon Cross, 154 Dee St., Apt. 1, Waverly, pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting and fined $181.48. She was ordered to pay a $64.46 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Christopher Matthew Galloway, 394 Hope Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, less than .15 BAC, fined $361.48 and sentenced to 11 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Charles William Hammel II, 205 Franklin Blvd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with one day credit for time served.
* Leroy James Estep, 4053 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. Charges of speeding, having no proof of insurance and improper registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Steven Wayne Chancey, 905 Tygart St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Chester Dwayne Moyers, 605 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and expired registration and fined $462.96. Charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Tyler Cole Delong, 1115 Callahan Road, Craigsville, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $883.93 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.
* Christopher Michael Lauer, 2218 Sandhill Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to an open dump violation and fined $676.48. A charge of burning during a closed season was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Chelsey Paige Gibson, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim wrote a letter that he does not want to proceed.
* Sean Michael Haverty, 147 E. Lubeck Hills Dr., Washington, had a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after successfully completing treatment.
* Dylon Scott Nesselrotte, 3608 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Conor Michael Lind, 42725 Cook Road, Pomeroy, pleaded guilty to DUI, with a BAC of less than .15, fined $361.48 and sentenced to 13 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Tiffany Dawn Daniels, PO Box 341, Mill Creek, has a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed after successfully completing treatment.
* Mahala Layne Richards, 2305 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $211.48. She was ordered to pay a $107.50 civil penalty to the Family Dollar store on Division Street in Parkersburg.
* Steve Henderson, 2302 16th Ave., Vienna, had three counts of worthless checks dismissed as the state did not wish to proceed with the case.
* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on a placard structure, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with one day credit for time served. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48. Charges of having no insurance, improper registration and a defective windshield were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
