PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 21:
* Emma N. Adkins, 295 Marie Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having no registration was dismissed as the registration is now valid.
* Tionna M. McCrokey, 11 Kathys Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate, having no proof of insurance and fined $557.96.
* Eliott Frank Borris, 905 Edgewood Drive, Charleston, pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and fined $196.48.
* Wyatt Brady Richards, 1705 Nash St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to hunting from a motor vehicle, failure to check deer and fined $392.96.
* Markeen A. Morris, 406 Crooks Ave., Ravenswood, had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having expired registration dismissed as both are now valid.
* A preliminary hearing on a charge of forgery/uttering against Audriouna Leigh Gaudio, 106 Decca Lane, Colliers, was waived.
* Megan Nicole Pierce, 1785 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of uttering and held on $5,000 bond.
* Mathew Collin Murray, 515 Davisville Road, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and held on $5,000 bond.
* Delmar Francklyn Miller, 119 Sky Road, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and released on $500 bond.
* Jennifer Marie Rios, 430 Douglas Ave., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of failure to appear and held on $1,000 bond.
* Floyd Jesse Gordon Boggs, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $2,500 bond.
* Samantha Renae Miller, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of counterfeiting and permitting an unauthorized person to drive and held on $30,000 bond.
* Christopher Allen Rowan, 107 Warren Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic assault and released on $5,000 bond.
