PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 9 and 13:
* Kathy Sue Logston, 2509 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a cell phone violation, having no seatbelt and fined $125.
* Timothy Rhyne Chambers, 584 Ulysses Road, St. Albans, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Daniel Ryan Facemyre, 1328 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. He had a charge of having no operator’s license dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Douglas Andrew Price, 194 Retriever Lane, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* David Lee Rowe Jr., 142 Township Road, Ironton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $95.99 civil liability to the Kroger store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg.
* Rafael Russell Delgado, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $417.08 civil penalty to Walmart. A charge of shoplifting was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Peggy Ann Murphy, 4453 18th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $186.48.
* Brayden Cole Kimes, 974 Pleasant Hill Church Road, Belleville, was found not guilty of a charge of battery in a jury trial.
* Kenneth Robert Boggs, 2523 Loomis Ridge Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic assault dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim was not present at trial.
* Sarah Ann Wyatt, 2400½ 36th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Zachariah A. Stover, 400 Denny Road, Berry, Ky., had a charge of unlawful taking of vehicle dismissed.
* Sarah Ann Wyatt, 577 Nicolette Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $186.48 and placed on home confinement for 120 days. A charge of public intoxication and another two counts of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Morgan Makayla Beckett, 2402 Clement Ave., Apt. A, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed.
* Samantha R. Cossin, 1518 Crescent St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $276.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which will run concurrent with another 30 day sentence in another case. A charge of improperly approaching an emergency vehicle was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Daniel Facemyre, 1513 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $196.48. He was ordered to pay a $94.90 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. A charge of second-offense shoplifting was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Corinne Georgeanna Dickson, 114 Pleasant View Drive, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding, 20 mph in a 15 mph zone.
* Brandid Lee Jackson, 1808 Worthington St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer and shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $500 bond.
* Lindsey Nichole Morrison, 1803 Nash Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Justin Matthew Tinney, 1176 Red Hill Road, Apt. #105, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control and released on $500 bond.
* Michael Duane Robinson II, 2300 Pennsylvania Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $500 bond.
* James Robert Kipe, 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Trey Austin Vierling, 51 Whiteberry Hollow, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of having no proof of insurance, improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.
* Dustin Ray Kinney, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card and released on $3,000 bond.
* Amber Lindsey Newland, 114 Post Mill Way #202, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of battery, obstructing an officer and held on $2,000 bond.
* Alexis M. Hackney, 89 Rock Road, Apt. 1, Davisville, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. He had a charge of expired registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Mary Ann Hickman, 1219 Petroleum Road, Petroleum, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Ryan Crete Yeager, 2609 Progress Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $191.48.
* Eddie Joe Anderson Jr., 62 Forest Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to consumption of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a vehicle and was fined $226.48.
* Zachary Ryan Myers, 34251 State Route 7, Newport, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Richard Henry Manley, 7244 Thompson Road, Cincinnati, pleaded guilty to failure to stop at a red light and fined $181.48.
* Corey Winston Updike, 188 Greenbrier Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48
