PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 2:

* Jessica Elizabeth Stark-Omogunloye, 1209 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to willful disruption of governmental processes, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 45 days in jail which was ruled as time served. She had a charge of failure to appear dismissed, per a plea agreement. She also pleaded guilty to assault of a police officer and fined $186.48. Charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Raymond Allen Conners, 628 33 ½ St., Parkersburg, had a charge of shoplifting dismissed.

* Trinity Dawn Lemley, P.O. Box 13, Harrisville, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, obstruction, fined $362.96 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Quinten Michael Keller, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and indecent exposure and fined $382.96. Charges of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and indecent exposure were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Eric Wayne Turner, 25, Miracle Lane, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of distribution/exhibiting material depicting minors in sexual conduct (three counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Greg Lee Marks, 448 Joes Run Road, Burnsville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting.

* Zoe Oceana Ward, 1531 ½ 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Amanda Karine Brown, 838 Fourth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in an impaired state and obstruction, fined $507.96 and sentenced to 9 days in jail which was suspended and was credited as time served. She was also sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of accidents involving damage to vehicle (two counts) and destruction of property dismissed, per plea agreement.

* Mitchell Keith Jones, 914 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph Wayne Cubbison, 3885 Ireland Road, Coolville, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and having no proof of insurance and released on $2,000 bond.

* Destiny Nevaeh McAfee, 49 Lantana Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and driving on a suspended license and released on $1,500 bond.

* Melissa Marie Wise, 41020 Township Road 817, New Matamoras, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000.

* Douglas Andrew Price, 194 Retriever Lane, Bunker Lane, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $5,000 bond.

* Richard Lee Huffman, 1017 27th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and fleeing with reckless indifference and released on $20,000 bond.

* Dmarco Lemar Jordan, 283 S. Wayne Ave., Columbus, Ohio was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on $200,000 bond.

* Kaitlyn Nicole Cox, 189 Marshall Circle, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $181.48.

* Benjamin Thomas Rhodes, 39 Westwood Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to having no registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $362.96. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Clarence Alexander Gant, 3288 Morehead Ridge, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Graham M. Cochran 104 Cherokee Dr., Marietta, pleaded guilty to having no registration and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Babatunde Ibrahim Ojoawo, 371 Kendan Ave. Apt. 3, Campbell, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Katelynn Elizabeth Marvin, 320 Enterprise Rd., PO Box 143, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* William Shirley Copeland Jr., 24 Oak St., Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 3-5:

* Julie Ann Hupp, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Noble County, Ohio, on a charge of smuggling contraband into prison and held on no bond.

* Charles Lee Frederick, 118 Lois Lane, Washington was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $8,000 bond.

* Daniel Paul Stewart, 853 Wolf Run Rd., Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of DUI causing death and held on $300,000 bond.

* Preston Dominick Forrester, 315 North Elm St., Scio, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of burglary and kidnapping and held on $100,000 bond for the burglary charge and bond on the kidnapping charge will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Shannon Delores Caplinger, 809 Edgelawn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $250 bond.

* Justin Andrew Bailey, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Billie Joe Dye, 15 Prince Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $36,000 bond.

* Lisa Jane Foulkes, 2561 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of possession of meth and released on $2,000 bond.

* Billy James Peck, 1700 17th St. Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $8,000 bond.

* Kelvin Ray Null Jr., 6372 Staunton Turnpike Apt. 101, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI, having no insurance and improper registration and released on $2,500 bond.

* Dillon Matthew Jamison, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Phillip Joseph Humphries, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of an access device and held on $1,500 bond.

* Shanah Jade Burks, 703 29th St. Apt. F, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of reporting a false emergency and held on $1,000 bond.

* Tony Winfield Menefee, 2116 Miller Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction and trespassing and held on $1,000 bond.

* Erik Jordan Estrada Jonas, 717 Riverview Dr. Apt. 205, Belmont, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and second-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jakob Wesley Eastham, McFarlan, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Dale Myers, 244 Millgate Road, Marietta, pleaded no contest to trespassing and public intoxication and fined $372.96.

* James Allen Sams, 1356 Coal Fork Road, Big Springs, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Ivan Alberto Zepeda-Meijia, 107 N. Elm St., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.

* Michael Gregory Moerson, 408 West Main St., Harrisville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and no seat belt and fined $301.48.

* Oscar Mendoza, 1004 Tiny Tots Drive, Hamptonville, N.C., pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device and fined $181.48. A charge of having an overweight load was dismissed.

* Kelsie May Means, 3465 Tuckers Creek Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

* Roman Nicholas Bradley, 556 Glover Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of having an expired drivers license was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
