PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on October 30:

* Lisa R. Davis, 1040 Sun Valley Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Correy Beth Parker, 225 Bartlett Road, Spencer, pleaded no contest to failing to stop at a stop sign and fined $181.48.

* Caleb Brant Flanagan, 276 Long St., Hambleton, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Melissa Kay Sprouse, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of aggravated burglary and was held without bond.

* Sarah Beth Barrickman, 2212 36th St. Apt. D., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $250 bond.

* Mieja Latoyia Watson, PO Box 117, Westerville, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of having no registration and driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Stacy Dawn Eddleblute, 3106 4th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and second-offense shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Carlton George Lauderman, 606 Reed St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration and expired MVI and released on $250 bond.

* Justin Lee Cobb, 812 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and making harassing phone calls and released on $3,000 bond.

* Carrie Lynn Carlson, 1943 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a BAC of less than .15, and released on $3,000 bond.

* Robert William Jones, 11900 Lancaster St., Millersport, pleaded guilty to two counts of petit larceny, fined $352.96 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. After serving sentence, Jones is not to return to the state of West Virginia as a term of his probation. He had a charge of grand larceny dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Eric Michael Yeater, Coolville, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation and must complete an anger management program. A charge of violating a protective order was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Chance Gardner Menking, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Terry Lee Williams, 71 Lantana Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and fined $211.48.

* Spring Diane Thorn, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim had not been served and had not contacted a prosecutor.

* Joshua Paul Pepper, 35 Farr St., Petroleum, pleaded guilty to possession of meth and fined $196.48. His participation in the LEAD Program for 6-12 months was revoked.

* Curtis E. Hart, 1010 Dragstrip Road, Belpre had a charge of obstructing an officer, a seatbelt violation, DUI and possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams, as the state of West Virginia has no witness for trial.

* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 1605 Covert St., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed, per a plea agreement from Wood County Circuit Court.

* Seth Eugene Harris, 3000 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Austin M. Wall, 121 Murraysville Rd., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to having no PDF on a kayak and fined $196.48.

* Moussa Yaker Nzalle, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to press charges. There is a cross complaint and the defendant does not wish to move forward.

* Dillon Burl Pumphrey, 416 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement after proof was presented.

* Jeffrey Cecil McGuire, 1559 Sycamore Run, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to DUI, less than.15 BAC, fined $361.48 and sentenced to 13 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Amber Carolyn Booker, 1137 Stadium Dr. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $557.96. Charges of having an improperly equipped vehicle, improper registration, no operators license and expired registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Starr Lynn Jones, 320 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense shoplifting penalties dismissed. Charges will be refiled at a later date, if needed.

* Autumn Marie Gloeckner, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Luke Austin Walton, 510 1/2 Pine St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of strangulation and wanton endangerment involving a firearm (two counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Brandon Lee Horton, 613 Lulu St., Parkersburg, had a charge of receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle dismissed. Charges will be refiled at a later date, if needed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on October 31:

* Alicia Brooke Dooley, 1289 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Cody Schumacher, 195 University Parkway, Bluffton, S.C., pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Charles W. Noah Jr., 1252 Route 30 F11, Clinton Pa., pleaded no contest to having a restricted license and fined $186.48.

* Joseph Anthony McCormick, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic assault, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to report to Peer Solutions within 48 hours of release and to participate in drug screenings.

* Joseph Anthony McCormick, 1309 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of failure to render information dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Catherine Love Hill, 177 Shenandoah Dr., Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Susan Faye Sharp, 228 Partage St. NW, North Canton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Ricky Lee-Andrew Brooks, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, less than $500, simple assault, fined $377.96 and sentenced to 24 days in jail which was credited as time served. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the BP Par Mar store on Pike Street in Parkersburg.

* Anthony Lee Givens, 1110 Edwin St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of third-offense shoplifting and manufacture or possess with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* William Lee Heflin, 2711 Linden St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of fraudulent use of an access device (felony) and false pretenses. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Joshua Thomas Bailey, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.

* Joseph Eugene Howard, 638 Madison Ave. Apt. F, Parkersburg, was found guilty of sending threatening messages, via an electronic device (two counts) and harassment, fined $1,049.44 and sentenced to 18 months in jail with credit for time served.

* James Zex Jude, 1104 26th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having expired registration and released on $500 bond.

* Christopher Todd Smith, 2906 29th St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Kenneth Joseph Savio, 1600 Pike St. #47, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $1,000 bond.

* Hannah Alyssa James-Rojas, 910 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, possession of a controlled substance, driving on a revoked license, improper registration, expired MVI and having defective equipment and released on $3,000 bond.

* Robin Carpenter, 1303 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of worthless check and released on $500 bond.

* Raymond Allen Conners, 628 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Dusty Lee Wineman, 1111-1 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $10,000 bond.

* Gregory Alan Carter, 1434 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Angela Kay Thomas, 467 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of improper disposal of waste and released on $200 bond.

* John Henry Thomas Jr., 467 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of improper disposal of waste and released on $200 bond.

* Cassandra Marie Facemier, 13627 Emerson Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* James Zex Jude, 1104 26th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having expired registration and released on $500 bond.
