Church break-in suspects among Washington County grand jury indictments

MARIETTA -- Three people this week were indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury on charges related to an August breaking and entering of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Churchtown.
Tyler Austin Bills, 28, 218 Wyoming Road, Marietta, was charged with breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; desecration of a place of worship, a fifth-degree felony; theft, a first-degree felony; and endangering children, a 6-year-old child, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Co-defendant Chelsea Danielle Bills, 32, 18 Wyoming Road, Marietta, was charged with breaking and entering and endangering children.
Co-defendant Brooklyn Rachell Wyatt, 29, 1361 State Route 339, Belpre, was charged with breaking and entering and desecration.
The October term of the grand jury indicted 18 people, according to a press release issued Thursday.
Other indictments were:
* Richard Lee Huffman, 61, 1010 Florence St., Belpre; failure to comply with an order from a police officer, third-degree felony.
* Eric Christopher Anderson, 35, 23 Cherry St., Vincent; forgery, fifth-degree felony; theft, fifth-degree felony; petty theft, first-degree misdemeanor; and co-defendant Christine Virginia Coe, 81, 1220 Brackenridge Road, Vincent; forgery, fifth-degree felony; theft, fifth-degree felony; petty theft, first-degree misdemeanor.
* Ethan Adam Ross, 22, 100 Water St., Lowell; kidnapping, a first-degree felony; felonious assault, second-degree felony.
* Brian Keith Edgar, 37, 445 Gross Fork Road, Whipple; trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, third-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fourth-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
* Victor Graham Whittekind, 35, last known address 814 Quarry St., Marietta; failure to comply with an order from a police officer, third-degree felony.
* Carl Lee Hendershot, 53, 509 N. 10th St., Weirton, W.Va.; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
* Christopher Deon Lockett Jr., 34, 911 Massey Ave., Durham, N.C.; having weapons under disability, third-degree felony; resisting arrest, second-degree misdemeanor.
* Brandon Douglas Thornhill, 43, 810 Virginia St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; and co-defendant Courtney Noel Hutson, 32, 904 Latrobe St., Parkersburg; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony.
* Zakariah Harold Earley, 34, New Matamoras; domestic violence, third-degree felony.
* Candace Mae Gibson, 40, 109 Stone Road, Belpre; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, third-degree felony, two counts; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony; theft of drugs, third-degree felony; theft, fifth-degree felony.
* Emily Marie Blevins, 27, 584 Goddard Road, Cutler; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; and in a spearate indictment, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony.
* Carrie Esther Maine, 40, last known address 208 Upper Fifteenmile Creek Road, Wingett Run; failure to appear, fourth-degree felony.
* Devonn Curtis, Marietta; domestic violence, third-degree felony.
* Kaylee Mallory Olvera, 23, 199 Margarita Drive, Dale, Texas; interference with custody, fifth-degree felony.
Arrangements are scheduled today before Judge Mark Kerenyi and on Tuesday before Judge John M. Halliday.
