PARKERSBURG — Two counts of incest, around 40 charges of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust, several sexual assault and abuse charges, sexual exploitation of children and possession of material depicting children engaged in sexual acts were among the charges set by a Wood County grand jury Thursday, according to a report from the Wood County Prosecutor’s Office. Seventy-six people were indicted and the prosecutor’s office said the defendants will be arraigned in Wood County Circuit Court in about one to two weeks.

* Jose Javio Cagala-Campechano, 27, North Central Regional Jail, first degree sexual assault, three counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian and two counts of first degree sexual abuse between the dates of October 2022 and July of this year, the report said.

* Leopoldo Pineda-Salgado, 42, 46 Edgewater Drive, Garrett, Ind., second degree sexual assault, four counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, second degree sexual abuse and incest.

* Christopher Wade Pisino, 41, North Central Regional Jail, first degree sexual abuse and sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust.

* Joseph Brandon Reeves, 51, 148 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, three counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust.

* Tommy L. Ellis, 40, 1405 Beaver St., Parkersburg, five counts of first degree sexual assault, 10 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust, three counts of second degree sexual assault and two counts of first degree sexual assault.

* Marcus J. Emrick, 33, 12511 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and six counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust.

* Nathan Dell Cunningham, 33, 91 Worthington Creek Road, Parkersburg, first degree sexual abuse, sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust, displaying obscene matter to a minor and seven counts of third degree sexual assault.

* Christopher Edward Byrd, 35, North Central Regional Jail, sexual abuse in first degree, sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust, displaying obscene matter to a minor and possession of a stolen vehicle. The alleged abuse took place between the dates of September 2017 and September 2020, according to the prosecutor’s office.

* Jonathan R. Workman, 28, North Central Regional Jail, two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, 10 counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust, eight counts of sexual assault in the first degree and incest.

* Jonathon Edwin Wharton, 38, 743 Tuttle St., Belpre, two counts of third degree sexual assault, two counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, sending, distributing, exhibiting, possessing, displaying or transporting material by a parent, guardian or custodian depicting a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, sexual exploitation by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust of a child and 17 counts of possession of child erotica.

* Mark Douglas Adelsperger, 53, North Central Regional Jail, soliciting a minor via computer and traveling to engage the minor in prohibited sexual activity and the use of obscene matter with the intent to seduce a minor between May and June of this year.

* Terry Anthony Abbott, 49, 1708 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, two counts of delivery of second offense controlled substance.

* Kaitlyn Brianne Bailey, 28, 101 14th St. Apt. 9, Vienna, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Kayla Dawn Bell, 31, 200 Tennis Center Drive, Apt. 2, Marietta, three counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

* Jayden Shane Brenton-Weinsheimer, 21, Parkersburg, two counts of first degree sexual assault, domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

* Jeramie Allan Brown, 34, North Central Regional Jail, first degree robbery, second degree robbery, two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and battery.

* Co-defendants Maurice Burton, 38, 1311 Oak St., Parkersburg and Sharon Ann Tobolski, 42, North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on drug possession and delivery charges. Burton was charged with six counts of second offense delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of second offense possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Tobolski was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Roger Brian Bullard II, 55, 4810 Grand Central Ave. Apt. 3, Vienna, three counts of wanton endagerment involvement a firearm, prohibited violation of an individual’s civic rights.

* David L. Caplinger, 51, North Central Regional Jail, five counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, maintaining a dwelling for keeping of controlled substances, prohibited person with firearm.

* Hope Celine Chute, 25, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, six counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

* Stephan Paul Combs, 36, 811 Florence St., Belpre, five counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

* Brandy Michelle Cozad, 30, 110 Powell Drive Apt. 49, Parkersburg, two counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

* Dory Dejuan Darden, 38, North Central Regional Jail, six counts of forgery and six counts of uttering.

* Austin Wayne Davis, 26, 46 Davis Lane, Davisville, wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

* Jessica Dawn Drake, 35, 1808 Worthington St., Parkersburg, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, second offense and possession of an imitation controlled substance with the intent to deliver, second offense.

* Jarren Nathaniel Farnsworth, 36, 1470 Marietta Run Road, Petroleum, grand larceny, destruction of property and unlawful taking of a vehicle.

* Mary K. Ferguson, 38, 121 Bridge St., Parkersburg, child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

* Co-defendants Morgan R. Gabbert, 35, 490 Brown Ave., Parkersburg, and Tiffany Rene Sprouse, 34, North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on drug possession and delivery charges. The two were charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy to commit the delivery of a controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling for the use of keeping, using or selling controlled substances.

* Alfredo Galaviz, 26, Parkersburg, child abuse causing bodily injury, domestic battery and strangulation.

* Ryan E. Gaston, 34, 2517 23rd St., Parkersburg, battery of a disabled child and maltreatment of a disabled child.

* Buddy Walters Greene, 4300 Tenth Ave., Parkersburg, prohibited person with a concealed firearm, prohibited person with a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and fleeing from a police officer in a vehicle.

* Damonta Zavion Ozgood Hardiman, 23, North Central Regional Jail, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Co-defendants Jasmine Renee Harper, 29, North Central Regional Jail, and Dennis Richard Moyers, 38, North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on two counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

* Curtis Jessie Hatfield, 38, South Western Regional Jail, grand larceny and escape.

* Matthew Adam Henry, 39, 1416 Grand Ave., Wellsburg, burglary, harassment violating protective order and violation of a protective order.

* Kevin Matthew Hess, 36, North Central Regional Jail, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver second offense, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

* Isaiah Lee Hutson, 24, 1335 39th St., Parkersburg, three counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or bodily injury.

* Leanne Pearl Iversen, 35, Parkersburg, malicious assault and domestic battery.

* Justin Tyler Johnson, 31, North Central Regional Jail, breaking and entering, two counts of petit larceny and burglary.

* Co-defendants Paul Christopher Johnson, AKA Christopher Paul Johnson, 51, McDowell County Corrections, Alexander Joseph Clark, 48, 708 32nd St., Parkersburg, and Amber Dawn Pettry-Clark, 37, same address as Clark. Johnson was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Clark was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and maintaining a vehicle for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances. Pettry-Clark was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and transporting a controlled substance on to the grounds of a jail.

* James Lemley, 28, 617 29th St., Parkersburg, child abuse resulting in serious injury, child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, child neglect resulting in bodily injury and malicious assault.

* Elizabeth Nicole Littlejohn, 36, North Central Regional Jail, grand larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing an officer.

* Brandon James Lott, 38, North Central Regional Jail, prohibited person possessing a firearm.

* Amanda D. Mackey, 40, 804 Seventh St., Apt. E, Parkersburg, four counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes, second offense and failure to register, second offense.

* Co-defendants Calvin M. McClendon, 33, North Central Regional Jail, and Denzil D. Travis, 30, North Central Regional Jail, were charged with possession of counterfeit with the intent to utter, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance.

* Jordan Alexander McCutcheon, 25, 3403 25th St., Parkersburg, retaliation against a public official, driving a vehicle while in an impaired state, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.

* Dustin Dewayne Metz, 41, 2522 10th Ave., Parkersburg, third offense shoplifting.

* Javier Wendell Miller-Morris, 21, 301 Palmer Drive, Parkersburg, third degree sexual assault.

* Garret Lee Morrison, no age or address listed, eight counts of delivery of a controlled substance, second offense, conspiracy to violate 60A-4-401, second offense and three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, second offense.

* Keane B. Murillo, 25, North Central Regional Jail, failure to provide notice of registration changes.

* Co-defendants Lyndia Bell Optiz, 37, 963 Meadville Road, Davisville, and Jamil Adrian Cabral, 41, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, were indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Cabral was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

* Crystle Leann Phillips, 41, 1703 Kites Run Road, Walker, malicious assault and three counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.

* Mario Anthony Puma, 34, 4505 Packard St., Parkersburg, grand larceny, destruction of property, unlawful taking of a vehicle, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol.

* Jessica Erin Rector, 46, 214 E. 10th St., Williamstown, three counts of forgery, three counts of uttering, two counts of computer fraud, two counts of taking the identity of another person and fraudulent schemes.

* Chester Leroy Reid, 33, 1002 23rd St. Apt. 2, Vienna, transporting a controlled substance on to the grounds of a jail.

* Dakoda Allen Richards, 24, 1700 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

* Travis Lee Richards, 29, Parkersburg, strangulation, domestic battery, third offense, malicious assault, unlawful restraint.

* Johnny B. Roberts, 52, 1519 15th St., Parkersburg, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, second offense and prohibited person possessing a firearm.

* Brianna Lynn Salyers, 30, 1708 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, third offense shoplifting.

* Christopher Trent Saunders, 31, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, possession of a stolen vehicle.

* Christopher Todd Smith, 51, 2906 29th St., Parkersburg, destruction of property.

* Morgan James Stuart, 30, North Central Regional Jail, two counts of burglary, grand larceny, breaking and entering, fleeing from a police officer, obstructing an officer and two counts of second offense battery of a law enforcement officer.

* Co-defendants Marteon K. Thornton, 18, 1293 Leonora Ave., Akron, and Keiran James Spader, 31, North Central Regional Jail, were indicted on drug-related charges. Thornton was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of transportation of a controlled substance into the state and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Spader was charged with conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
