Washington County Grand Jury hands down 15 indictments

MARIETTA -- A Marietta man charged with three counts of arson related to a 2021 fire at a Marietta College sorority house was one of 15 people indicted this week by the Washington County Grand Jury.
Austin Garrett Jones, 26, last known address 312 Sixth St., Marietta, was indicted on a second-degree felony count of aggravated arson and two fourth-degree felony counts of arson in the November 2021 fire at the Alpha Xi Delta sorority house at 322 Fifth St. in Marietta.
The house is a historical site, built in 1835 for W.P. Skinner and purchased in 1908 by oilman George White, who would go on to become governor of Ohio.
The case was being investigated by the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office. Additional information on how Jones was identified was not immediately available Thursday evening.
Also indicted by the grand jury were:
* Brandon Ray Ladeaux, 22, 1990 Hanna Road, Marietta; failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and street racing, a first-degree misdemeanor.
* Bovoe Duane Dunn, 30, New Matamoras; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
* Jesse Clinton Farmer, 26, 117 Dean St., Marietta; failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
* Kaylan Renea Wallace, 33, 350 Lang Farm Road, Marietta; failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
* Eric Michael Michaud, 31, 19 Christy Road, Fleming; failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
* Misty Louise Caldwell, 3645 Blue Knob Road, Marietta; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
* Jeremy Allen Hines, 30, Marietta; domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
* Nicholas Allen Davis, 31, 24858 Hoot Owl Ridge, Caldwell; vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.
* Robert Tristan Schoolcraft, 25, 1415 Putnam Howe Drive, Belpre; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
* Shawn David Dalrymple,39, Marietta; felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
* Amanda Warner, 40, last known address 67600 Kirkwood Heights, Bridgeport, Ohio; escape, a third-degree felony.
* Christopher William Hicks, 38, 714 Orchard Drive, Ravenswood; intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony.
* Helena Denise (Williams) Riggs, 49, 970 Browns Road, Marietta; felonious assault, two second-degree felony counts.
* In three separate cases, Trent Dwight Mason, 34, 736 Greene St., Apt. 7, Marietta, was indicted on two fifth-degree felony counts of theft; two fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; two fourth-degree felony counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound; and one count each of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony; corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony; trafficking in a fetanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; aggravated drug trafficking, a second-degree felony; aggravated drug possession, a second-degree felony; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
