Parkersburg task force reports five arrests in drug investigation

PARKERSBURG — Five people were charged Friday after search warrants were served at four locations in Wood County, the Parkersburg Violent Crimes and Narcotics Task Force said.
The arrests were a culmination of a several months-long investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating in the Mid-Ohio Valley, the task force said.
Search warrants were served at:
* 1123 Lynn St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg
* 4907 Second Ave., Parkersburg
* 2405 McKinley Ave., Parkersburg
* 905 Tygart St., Parkersburg
Agents found suspected fentanyl, money and firearms. Five individuals were charged during the execution of the search warrants with more individuals expected to be charged in the future, the task force said.
They were:
* Richard Madison, also known as flea, Flea, 43, Broome, N.Y.
* Nathan Charles Davis, 37, Parkersburg.
* Jeremy Wayne Alger, 33, Parkersburg.
* Corey Ted Patterson, 44, Parkersburg.
* Tori Ann-Marie Haught, 26, Parkersburg.
Additional details were not released.
The task force was assisted by the Parkersburg Police Department, the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, the West Virginia State Police, the Southeast Major Crimes Task Force, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The task force is composed of investigators from the Parkersburg, Vienna and Williamstown police departments, the Wood County Sheriff’s Office and West Virginia State Police.
