PARKERSBURG — The following indictments were returned Thursday by the Wood County Grand Jury:

* Co-defendants James Ross Little, 38, Huttonsville Correctional Center, and Steven G. Shaffer, 36, 3508 Shields Hill Road, Cairo. Little was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, three counts of sexual abuse by parent, conspiracy to commit a felony and second-degree sexual assault. Shaffer was charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse by parent, five counts of second-degree sexual assault, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of incest and one count of first-degree sexual assault.

* Brad Alan McDonald, 29, 5166 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, first-degree sexual assault, incest and two counts of sexual abuse by parent and first-degree sexual abuse.

* Co-defendants Zachary Lee Adkins, 25, 2119 Robinson Ave., Portsmouth, and Anthony Ray Adkins Jr., 23, 1023 Kinney’s Lane, Portsmouth, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony and shoplifting.

* Chad Cecil Albright, 39, 511 1/2 54th St., Vienna, 24 counts of prohibited from possessing a firearm and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Robert Harland Bailey, 64, 415 Barger Ave., Marietta, third-offense driving a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of fifteen hundredths of one percent or more, and driving while license revoked.

* Robin Ruth Bailey, 55, Parkersburg, child abuse causing injury, domestic battery and child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

* Marquette Lorenzo Bamnnerman, 33, Parkersburg, strangulation, domestic battery, attempted malicious assault and destruction of property.

* Brian Cadillac Barnett, 35, 601 Barclay St. Lot 10, Belpre, second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Hannah Nicole Brannon, 22, homeless, grand larceny.

* Robert Ryan Jacob Bush, 23, Vienna, strangulation, domestic battery, domestic assault, assault on a law enforcement officer and criminal invasion of privacy.

* Sylvia Lorraine Casto, 53, 5552 Dupont Road, Lot 13, Parkersburg, three counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Justin Owen Chancellor, 44, 5219 Briscoe Run Road, Parkersburg, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* James Randall Dowler, 44, 4415 14tth Ave., Parkersburg, two counts of false pretense.

* Co-defendants Brittanie M. Earl, 36, 155 Dickens Drive, Mineral Wells, and Justin Michael Kisser, 49, 5572 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

* Davon Malik Grant, 36, 1553 Orsin Drive, Columbus, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with an intent to deliver.

* Jeremiah Travis Harper, 31, North Central Regional Jail, strangulation and third-offense domestic battery.

* Aaron Michael Hart, 33, North Central Regional Jail, fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference, fleeing from a police officer and obstructing an officer.

* Austin M. Heater, 24, 2400 23rd St., Parkersburg, eight counts of second-degree sexual assault, five counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of incest.

* Co-defendants Justin Brian Hines, 26, 806 Wood St., Parkersburg, and Crystal Lynn Williams, 34, 713 Green St., Apartment A, Marietta, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Brian Scott Hornbeck, 31, McDowell Correctional Center, first-degree sexual assault, incest and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.

* Brandid Lee Jackson, 37, 1227 Lynn St., Parkersburg, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and maintaining a vehicle for the use of keeping, using or selling controlled substances.

* Co-defendants Victor Andre Jackson III, 19, 221 Cuyahoga St., Akron, Leighann Janae Wright, 21, 1084 Taylor St., Akron, and Gia Marie Kowaleski, 19, 120 E. Lods St., Akron, were indicted on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance greater than 15 grams, possession of a counterfeit controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Melvin G. Jessop, 58, North Central Regional Jail, failure to provide notice of registration change.

* Vincent Pierce Jessup, 71, 509 23rd St., Vienna, malicious assault and battery.

* Michael Lee Kinney, 34, North Central Regional Jail, eight counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

* Co-defendants Nicky Lee Lamp, 50, North Central Regional Jail, and Joshua S. Gibson, 38, 49 Phoenix St., Parkersburg, were indicted on charges of grand larceny, receiving or transferring stolen goods and conspiracy to commit a felony. Lamp was also charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Joseph Dewayne Lemon, 34, 608 Shrewsbury Place, Parkersburg, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

* Jonathan Patrick Lott, 30, 2139 17th St., Parkersburg, two counts of harassment, violating protective order and violation of a protective order.

* Herbert Leon Mahar III, 38, Salem Correctional Center, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference and driving with suspended or revoked license.

* Malachi Isaiah Mayer, 19, 14780 State Route 555, Cutler, fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference.

* Eric McKay, age and address unknown, breaking and entering and grand larceny.

* Joshua Neal NcVey, 39, 408 4th St., Parkersburg, third-offense driving with revoked license for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and maintaining a dwelling for the use, keeping or selling controlled substances.

* Eric Michael Michaud, 32, 3925 10th Ave., Parkersburg, embezzlement, grand larceny by embezzlement and false pretense.

* Michael Shawn Mills, 36, North Central Regional Jail, burglary.

* Christopher Wayne Morton, 44, 2113 Park Ave., Parkersburg, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, maintaining a dwelling for using, keeping or selling controlled substances, two counts of prohibited persons from possessing a firearm and two counts of prohibited person from possessing a concealed firearm.

* Travis McNeal Mulllins, 31, 120 Zion St., Lot 4, Parkersburg, second-offense failure to register and/or public notice of registration change.

* Angela Sue Nutter, 44, 813 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, three counts delivery of a controlled substance.

* Co-defendants Kashira Suann Prall, 37, 1513 16th St., Parkersburg, and Steven Ronald-Phillip Simmons Jr., 39, 3104 East Fifth St., Columbus. Prall was charged with second-offense delivery of a controlled substance, second-offense conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Simmons was charged with five counts of second-offense delivery of a controlled substance and one count of second-offense conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

* Mason Mackenzie Price, 34, 173 Boggs Drive, Uneeda, W.Va., wanton endangerment involving a firearm and battery.

* Sandra Lynn Price, 35, 117 Victory St., Parkersburg, six counts delivery of a controlled substance, four counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and transporting a controlled substance onto the grounds of a jail.

* Myron Alton Pringle, 46, North Central Regional Jail, four counts of second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Charles Eugene Rexroad, AKA Charles Eugene King, 24, 1301 Avery St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, three counts second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, attempt to disarm a law enforcement officer, unlawful assault on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer.

* David J. Rickard, 46, Mt. Olive Correctional Center, grand larceny and escape.

* Indica Arie Riel, 21, North Central Regional Jail, third-offense shoplifting.

* Megan Marie Russell, 36, 1214 Baltimore St., Rear, Wheeling, grand larceny.

* Timothy Shawn Sanger, 49, Parkersburg, strangulation, domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance.

* Kristen N. Short, 31, 638 Madison Ave., Parkersburg, three counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle for using, keeping or selling of controlled substances.

* Cody D. Smarr, 29, North Central Regional Jail, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs, driving a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of fifteen-hundredths of one percent or more and obstructing an officer.

* Jo Brady Snyder, 41, 323 McCrady Fork Road, Gay, W.Va., fraudulent scheme.

* Calvin Edward Spears, 43, Pruntytown Correctional Center, second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, fleeing from a police officer, battery on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer.

* Jamal Reginald Alvincent Stewart, 39, 1215 1/2 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, two counts false pretense and two counts counterfeiting.

* Co-defendants Amanda Dawn Stout, 45, and William Joseph Stout, 45, both of 67 Nicolson Lane, Parkersburg. Amanda Stout is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. William Stout is charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and third-offense driving while license revoked or suspended.

* Co-defendants Charles Lee Wade, 57, and Alicia Dawn Wade, both of 1401 Beaver St., Parkersburg. Charles Wade is charged with two counts child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, two counts first-degree sexual abuse, five counts sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust to a child and three counts of first-degree sexual assault. Alicia Wade was charged with three counts child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust to a child.

* Aaron Wayne Walker, 45, 1211 22nd St., Parkersburg, first-degree sexual abuse, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, two counts of battery and two counts of displaying obscene matter to a minor.

* Kelly Ann Walker, 45, 2608 New York Ave., Parkersburg, embezzlement and grand larceny by embezzlement.

* Sydney Jermaine Walker, 41, 1342 Lynn St., Parkersburg, six counts second-offense possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts possession of a controlled substance.

* James Ricky Wiggins, 35, 96 Audobon Court, Dawsonville, Ga., 13 counts use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor

* Co-defendants Joshua Shawn Williams, 38, and Cherish Lynn Sams, 23, both of 1020 Swan St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, were each charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
