MARIETTA — The Washington County Grand Jury charged 19 defendants in 21 indictments returned on Tuesday.

They were:

* Thomas Anthony White, 38, 2933 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg: robbery, a third-degree felony; two counts grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; abduction, a third-degree felony.

* Barbara May Wyant, 59, 814 Glendale Road, Marietta: domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

* Sheila Jo Wogan, 42, 5626 Wogan Road, Chesterhill, Ohio: grand theft, a fourth-degree felony.

* Crystle Leann Phillips, 40, 1073 Kites Run Road, Walker: identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

* Colin Warner Longfellow, 19, 4665 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta: breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

* Zayden Jase Petry, 20, 56321 Spencer Road, Cumberland, Ohio: theft, a fifth-degree felony.

* Kelly Jo Roe, 44, 108 Mound Drive, Marietta: theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony.

* Jessica Margarette Rankin, 45, 2214 Willie St., St. Marys: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

* Christopher Lee Watson, 35, 965 Gilman Ave., Marietta: domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

* Omar Sharif Walton, 27, 60 Wyncrest Drive, Marietta: sexual battery, a third-degree felony.

* Patrick Michael Montgomery, 47, 515 Martin Road, Reno: rape, a first-degree felony; gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

* Baxter Lee Grimes, 46, 817 Grandview Ave., New Matamoras: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; theft, a fifth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; criminal damaging or endangering, a second-degree misdemeanor.

* Clarence O. Jeffers III, 42, 210 S. Fifth St., Marietta: tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

* Jason Anthony Dick, 45, 416 Ramblewood Road, Patriot, Ohio: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

* Stephan Neale McGuire, 41, 223 Maple St., Belpre: Possession of fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

* Nicole Marie Chumita, 30, 8323 Eagle Road, Willoughby, Ohio: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a felony of the fifth-degree; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree.

* Jeremy Allen Haynes, 39, 27233 Huckleberry Road, Coolville; two counts improperly handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree; two counts operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both, a misdemeanor of the first degree; violation of speed limits, a misdemeanor of the minor degree.
