PARKERSBURG -- The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports April 27:
* Between April 21-24, officers of the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 398 calls for service, issued 26 traffic citations, completed 81 reports and responded to 11 motor vehicle crashes.
April 21
* Kelsey R. McConnell, 28, of Parkersburg, was arrested on two capias warrants.
* Officers responded to Hall Street and cited Christopher J. Richards for possession of a controlled substance.
* Officers responded to a traffic stop and cited Michael R. Malhotra for reckless driving.
* Officers responded to Terra Lane in reference to shoplifting that already occurred.
* Officers responded to Avery Street in reference to a burglary.
* Officers responded to Walmart in reference to shoplifting.
* Officers spoke with complainant in reference to a stolen registration plate.
April 22
* Jerrianne K. Myers, 29, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a capias.
* Officers responded to Dickel Avenue and cited Jayden S. Brenton-Weinsheimer for trespassing.
* Officers responded to Park Center Drive and cited Tommie E. Schreffler for possession of a controlled substance.
* Officers responded to Walmart and cited Dustin R. Kinney for shoplifting.
April 23
* Justin R. Goodwin, 38, of Clarksburg, was arrested for fugitive from justice out of Washington County.
* Raymond M. Adkins, 44, of Branchland, W.Va., was arrested for domestic battery.
* Rebecca G. Adkins, 38, of Parkersburg, was arrested for domestic battery.
* Officers responded to Third Street and cited Michael E. Taylor for trespassing and littering.
* Officers responded to Park Center Drive in reference to vehicle tampering that already occurred.
* Officers responded to Broadway Avenue in reference to a burglary that already occurred.
* Officers responded to Sixth Avenue and cited Gary L. Wilkinson for possession of a controlled substance.
* Officers responded to Virginia Avenue and cited Mary A. Snider for possession of a controlled substance.
April 24
* Adam T. Lacava, 37, of Ravenswood, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery.
* Officers responded to a traffic stop and cited Robbie L. Cottrill Jr. for possession of a controlled substance and second-offense driving on a revoked license.
* Officers responded to the area of Lynn Street and 14th Street and cited Dana A. Cottrill for unnecessary noise.
* Officers responded to Charles Street in reference to vandalism that already occurred.
* Officers responded to Uhaul on Blizzard Drive in reference to a stolen vehicle trailer.
* Officers responded to National Muffler on Division Street in reference to a larceny that already occurred.
