PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 9-13:

* Teressa Gale Harper, 4901 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to selling beer to someone under 21 and fined $195.25.

* Jessica Lynn Waggoner, Cairo, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $180.25.

* Greg Anthony Shriver, 2719 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a seat belt violation and fined $25. A charge of failure to produce an operator’s license was dismissed after he brought in a valid operator’s license.

* Samantha L. Campbell, 81 Adams Way, Kenna, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $175.25. Charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no insurance were dismissed after proof of insurance and a new MVI were presented.

* William Earl Crothers III, 1616 Pearcy Ave., pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

* Michael Thomas Runyon, 1529 20th St. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to three counts of obstruction, fined $170.25 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Christian Dangelo Rodriguez, 2015 19th St., pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. Charges of failure to fingerprint and trespassing were dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to driving in an impaired state, fined $355.25 and had jail time ruled as time served.

* Sarah Ann Wyatt, 577 Nicholette Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $200.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* William Earl Crothers III, 1616 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $426.25 and sentenced to 60 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of petit larceny was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Robert Edward Banky, 644 Madison Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $230.25.

* Misha Denise Parker, 1313 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and placed on two years of unsupervised probation. Another charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed.

* Lindsey Nicole Riggs, 256 Lakeside Drive, Homer, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. He had a charge of obstruction dismissed.

* Bradley Clay Craig Jr., 1409 30th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $190.25.

* Alexander Joseph Clark, 708 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate chapter (DNR) withholding information; obstruction officers and fined $190.25.

* Ian Thomas Williamson, 3707 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $370.25. A charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription.

* Robert Jeffrey Gurley, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and fined $230.25.

* Billy Jo Gerwig, 3819 Bull Run Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to having no insurance, improper registration and fined $550.50. Charges of having no operators license and going left of center were dismissed.

* Derrick Wayne Hamilton, 2607 19th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded to possession of a controlled substance, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* David Paul Hamilton, 2607 19th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and fined $180.25. A charge of possession of a controlled substance (Xanax) was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting, less than $500 and fined $195.25. He was ordered to pay a $60 civil penalty to the Parkersburg Wal-Mart store.

* Alan Lee Milhoan, 5802 Lee Creek Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to first-offense driving under the influence, fined $415.25 and sentenced to 8 hours in jail. A charge of leaving the scene was dismissed.

* Christian Amos Rubart, 4301 10th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fined $170.25 and sentenced to nine hours in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Paige Elizabeth Moran, 2108 Elm St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on one year of unsupervised probation and continue counseling.

* Bradley James Malone, 467 Island View Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $230.25. Charges of speed limitations and expired registration were dismissed.

* Orman Lee Blackman II, 55 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. He had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Jeffrey Dean Joseph, 16240 Cumberland Cove Road, Madill, Okla., pleaded guilty to a charge of worthless check and fined $825.25. He also pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, fined $420.25 and sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

* Erick Lee Showalter, no address given, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and being a fugitive from justice from Giles County, Va., for failure to return property. He is being held on bond. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Crystal Renee Larrison, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Washington County for failure to appear. She is being held on no bond.

* Michael Wayne Barker, no address given, was arraigned on a charge being a fugitive from justice from Athens County for violation of a court order on an original charge of aggravated possession of drugs. He is being held on no bond. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Brandy M. Vandergrift, 1015 33rd St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended license and having expired MVI and released on $500 bond.

* Kassandra Renee Ayers, 6 Fourth St., McMechen, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having no operator’s license and released on $500 bond.

* Kecia West, 811 19th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of second-offense of driving on a revoked license and improper registration and released on $500 bond.

* Austin Pauley, Gandeeville, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on $1,500 bond.

* John Joseph Kinnaird, 1302 Dillaway, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ashley L. Yoho, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $250 bond.

* Michael Wayne Barker, 2800 Beech Drive, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Charley Glen Hutson, 1235 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $75,000 bond.

* Deborah Manion Cox, 1033 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving/transferring stolen vehicle and released on $10,000 bond.

* Leah Kay Martino, 4425 17th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect and held on $10,000 bond.

* Dakota Jack Leisure, 1209 Grandview St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect and held on $200,000 bond.

* Tyler Alan Baxter, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $50,000 bond.

* David Lane Potts, 644 Mountain Dew Drive, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $5,000 bond.

* William Chandaler Owens, 22 Millbrook Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Jordan Leighann Sommerville, 3512 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.

* Ronnie Coden Crawford, 750 Quincy St. Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Lexus Marie Adkins, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* Andrew Adam Crites, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.

* Joshua Alan Webster, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to maintain their lane, no MVI and destruction of property and held on $1,500 bond.

* Brandon Tyler Oliver, 495 Danas Run Road, Newport, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense DUI and released on $5,000 bond.

* Terry Joe Goodwin, 1000 Kemper St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and two counts of fraudulent use of an access device (capias) and false pretenses (capias) and held on $5,000 bond.

* Eric Shane Vest, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication and held on $1,000 bond.

* Lacey Danielle Dulaney, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.

* Eric Anthony Landron, 1901 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper approach of a emergency vehicle, defective equipment, no insurance, obstruction, reckless driving and driving too fast for conditions and released on $2,000 bond.

* Thomas Edward Dickel, 813 Hugh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license and released on $3,000 bond.

* Michael Alexander Bever, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.

* Austin Russell Ash, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of strangulation (capias) and violation of a protective order (capias) and held on $152,000 bond.

* Hannah Alyssa James-Rojas, 70 Hill Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Mendy Kay Fryfogle, 4812 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and held on $2,000 bond.

* LeeAnn Malloy AKA Leann God, 280 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $1,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 14:

* Emily Dianne Mowery, 4810 Grand Central Ave. Apt. 6, Vienna, pleaded guilty to going left of center and fined $175.25. Charges of driving on a suspended license and improper registration were dismissed. She also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.

* Brandon Robert Claypool, 2128 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $195.25. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Wal-Mart store in Parkersburg.

* Mya Mekhi Dunman, 117 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling beer to someone under 21 and fined $220.25.

* Jenna D. Roberts, 1201 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25. Charges of having no seat belt and no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Rebecca Lynn Lancaster, 804 Red Hill Road Apt. 2, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to having no registration and fined $180.25. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Joshua Kent Baylor, 1810 26th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.

* Lisa Ann Fornash, 1027 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to selling beer to someone under 21 and fined $195.25.

* Mansford G. Shamblin, 7 Woodbury Circle, Nitro, pleaded no contest to speed limitations and fined $175.25.

* Andrew Martin Traugh, 15 Holly Dr., Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to going left of center and fined $175.25. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed.

* Amanda Jo Allman, 33 Powell Dr. Apt. 16, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling beer to someone under 21 and fined $220.25.

* Natasha Nichole Ann Richards, 2203 Belmont Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25.

* Dustin Lee Brooks, 1776 Briggs Hill Rd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to failure to appear, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $190.25. He was ordered to pay a $53.66 civil penalty to the Sheetz on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting-conceals merchandise and fined $180.25. He was ordered to pay a $7.50 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on Grand Central Avenue in Vienna. A charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting and fined $190.25. He was ordered to pay a $128.12 civil penalty to the Wal-Mart store in Parkersburg. He also pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was also ordered to pay a $579.79 civil penalty.

* Steven James Belisky, 540 College Parkway Apt. 114, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. He also pleaded guilty to possession of meth, fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail with a credit of 12 days for time served. He also pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license, no insurance, fined $550.50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail. Charges of having no proof of insurance, two counts of having no operator’s license and possession of heroin were dismissed.

* Norman Williams Marks, 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription , fined $180.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

* Charles Gregory Whited, 3149¢, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to a vehicle, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was ruled time served.

* Joshua Neal McVey, 408 4th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI dismissed.

* Ryan Patrick Nelson, 3909 Sayre Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, less than .15, fined $345.25 and sentenced to 10 hours in jail which was ruled time served.

* Johnathan Matthew Stoops, Reedy, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to do one year of counseling.

* Davon Malik Grant, 1553 Orson Dr., Columbus, Ohio, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Trenton Joseph Dwight Britton, 4413 Cypress St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $280.25.

* Billy Ray Gibson Jr., 1130 24th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Raymond Floyd Goodwin Sr., 113 Mitchell Lane, Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of three counts of fraudulent use of an access device. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Gary Wayne Paris Jr., 679 Sherwood Forest Dr., Belleville, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving on a suspended license, having no proof of insurance, fined $320.25 and sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. Charges of improper approach of an emergency vehicle, improper registration, driving on a suspended license and having no insurance were dismissed.

* Michael Daniel Boone, 4 Westview Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of no proof of insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Randon Lee Varmadoe, 283 Sugar Valley Road, Bens Run, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of trespassing and public intoxication and released on $500 bond.

* Adriane Brooke Cochran, 504 Palmer Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Curtis Allen Shepherd, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Meigs County, Ohio on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Anthony Marcus Opitz, 391 Alpine St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and held on $6,000 bond.

* Christopher Todd Smith, 3210 25th St., Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of dumping tires/disposal of tires on private property and released on $1,500 bond.

* Robin Ruth Bailey, 1716 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse resulting in injury and released on $2,500 bond.

* Gary Ray Henshaw III, 2707 Tarkline Road, Petroleum, was arraigned on seven counts of failure to register as a sex offender and held on $10,000 bond.

* Brenda Kay Roberts, 504 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on possession off counterfeit currency with intent to utter and three counts of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Micah Edward Penco, 2406 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense DUI, fined $475.25 and placed on 90 days of home confinement.

* Mose H. Miller, 3336 Township Rd. 629, Loudenville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to first-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. Charges of having no seat belt and failure to obey traffic control devices was dismissed.
