PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 24:
* James Lewin Tennant II, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from St. Lucie County, Florida for seven counts of probation violations. He was held on bond.
* Jody Alan Bartram, Pennsboro, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and released on $500 bond.
* Zachary J. Knicely, 627 Jameson St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, giving false information, interfering with an officer, having expired registration and driving left of center and released on $2,000 bond.
* Billie Jo Richards, 1304 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and held on $2,000 bond.
* Rodney James Poole 2405 Highland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked for DUI and released on $500 bond.
* Tanner Mitchell Barker, 14 Dunsinane Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $500 bond.
* Michael Lee Starkey, 152 G Turkey Run Road, Mount Clare, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of obstruction, public intoxication and trespassing and held on $700 bond.
* Maranda Konstance Davis, 6675 Frost Rd., Coolville, was arraigned on charges of speeding and driving on a suspended operators and released on $500 bond.
* Charles William Clark, Waterford, pleaded guilty to transporting contraband into the jail, domestic battery, fined $220.25 and sentenced to four months in jail. He had a charge of transporting prohibited items onto the grounds of the jail dismissed.
* Brian Bradley Wright, 615 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. He also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and fined $180.25. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on Pike Street and not to return to the store. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication were dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $220.25. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation and required to regularly go to the Day Report Center for a year.
* Michelle Rae Oldfield, 910 Juliana St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, obstruction and fined $490.50. She had charges of having an unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle, improper registration and having no insurance dismissed.
* Destiny Danielle Perdue, 110 Crystal Springs Dr., Winfield, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail and placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Jonathan Daniel Lohl, 994 Windsor Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and having an expired operator’s license and fined $350.50. He had charges of improper registration, no insurance and limitations on overtaking on the left dismissed.
* William Patrick Huft, 396 Mountain View Rd., St. Marys, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $195.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of possession of marijuana less than 15 grams dismissed.
* Justin Paul Cochran, 5001 2nd Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $910.25. He had charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint dismissed.
* Marsha Ann Melrose, 1520 Crescent St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an emergency incident, fined $200.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* John Thomas Buchanan, 2691 New England Ridge Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $270.25 and sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. He had charges of having no insurance and improper registration dismissed.
* Taylor Paige Vickers, 1002 23rd St., Apt. 14, Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $280.25. He had a charge of improper registration dismissed.
* Lisa Kathleen Fields, 41 Lexington Park Dr., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a red light violation and fined $270.25. She had a charge of having no child seat dismissed.
* Jackson Levi Dearth, 9327 Lee Creek Rd., Belleville, pleaded guilty to having no motorcycle endorsement and fined $171.25.
* Daniel Ray McFee, 139 Mayberry Run, Palestine, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license for DUI, fined $270.25 and sentenced to six months in jail. A charge of driving on a revoked license for third-offense DUI was dismissed.
* Austin Christopher Smith, 2402 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $1,076.17 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with eight days for time served.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 25:
* Chere L. Jenkins, 572 Wright Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $180.25.
* Melanie Dawn Lutz, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25. She was ordered to pay a $698 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna She also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and fined $180.25. She was ordered to pay a $165.62 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. She also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25. She was ordered to pay a $187 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna. She was told not to return to the store.
* Roger Lee Wise Jr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and fined $230.25.
* Lindsey Dawn Davidson, 122 Rolling Hills Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25. She was ordered to pay a $514.58 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. She was told not to return to the store. She also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting, fined $190.25 and ordered to pay a $904.68 civil penalty to the CVS store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. She was told not to return to the store.
* Shane Christian Stanley, 1728 Pigeon Roost Road, Canada, Ky., pleaded guilty to obstruction, having no proof of insurance, having improperly equipped vehicles and fined $870.75. Charges of driving in an impaired state and failure to process were dismissed.
* Joseph William Dennis, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Carly Rose Carper, 3909 Sayer Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving a vehicle while in an impaired state, less than .15 BAC, fined $465.25 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
* Michael J. Lewis, 1505 Warren Chaple Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $230.25. He had charges of public intoxicationfailure to process and disorderly conduct dismissed.
* William P. Fluharty, 1315 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $250 bond.
* Michael Anthony Bowman, 229 Franklin St., Marietta was arraigned on a charge of escape from home confinement and held on $500 bond.
* Kenneth Allen Hutson Jr., 46 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of third-offense failure to register as a sex offender and held on $30,000 bond.
* Lindsey Nicole Morrison, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.
* Aubrey Lynn Byrd, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.
* Charles Joseph Robbins Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on $500 bond.
* Casey Blair Middleton, 1309 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree arson and held on $50,000 bond.
* Christian J.D. Carver-Stewart, 2106 43rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on $5,000 bond.
* James Michael Vandergrift, 72 Oak Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of transfering/receiving a stolen vehicle and held on $25,000 bond.
* Sullivan Andrew Wilson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.
* Brett Michael Walton, 1010 Ridgewood Blvd., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of battery and failure to process and he was released on $5,000 bond.
* Bradley James Amerine, 24031 Burgoon Rd., South Bloomingville, Ohio, pleaded no contest to no rear facing observer and fined $190.25.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 26:
* Marsha Ann Melrose, 1520 Crescent St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* Justin Wayne Fore, 1658 Pansy Dr., Charleston, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and held on $10,000 bond.
* Clint Edward Johnson, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and obstructing an officer and held on $1,500 bond.
* Miguel Agustin Paniagua-Castro, 1010 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of discharging a firearm in the city limits and released on $500 bond.
* Jody Lee Buskirk, 909 E. 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent (meth and heroin) and being a person prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was held on $250,000 bond.
* Melissa Dawn McCumbers, 2295 Enterprise Rd., Palestine, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana, expired registration, no insurance and going left of center and released on $2,000 bond.
* Lissa A. Hefner, 93 Emerald Dr., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $250.
* Meredith Lee Miller, 1114 39th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction of an officer and released on $500 bond.
* Gina N. Hand, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, failure to render aid and assault of a police officer and held on $3,000 bond.
* Tyler Jacob Hart, 58 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and released on $3,000 bond. A charge of being a prohibited person being in possession of a firearm was dismissed because he had no prior felony convictions.
* Brian Dean Caseman, 7066 Old St. Marys Pike, Waverly, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver Schedule I or II narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Tanya Lynn Hodge 279 Sycamore Mobile Home, Lot 15, Glenville, had a preliminary hearing waived for two counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver Schedule I or II narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jonathan Eugne Bucher, 2115 Glendale Road, Cairo, pleaded guilty to assault, fined $170.25 and sentenced to jail for 90 days which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of brandishing was dismissed.
* Ronald Eugene Taylor III, 1519 Dutch Ridge Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to fleeing and obstruction and fined $390.50 and sentenced to 30 days in dail with a credit of five days for time served.Another charge of fleeing was dismissed.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Oct. 27:
* Norman Charles Lewis, 113 Hillbilly Lane, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to a charge of forgery and uttering, fined $1,083.50 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to petit larceny and sentenced to four days in jail which was credited as time served. 16 counts of petit larceny and 16 counts of forgery were dismissed.
* Brian David Long, 105 Mound St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license. He had a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI dismissed.
* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr., 914 23rd St. Apt. 2, Vienna, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Ashley Junelle Rollyson, 1108 Williams St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting, less than $500, and held on $500 bond.
* William Jay Lucas, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Austin Pauley, 229 Harmony Road, Gandeville, was arraigned on four counts of violating a protective order and released on $2,500 bond.

* William S. Cross, 1429 Old River Road, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $180.25.
* Davon Taylor Hampton, 82 Dover Dr., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $175.25.
* Ryan Seth Pittman, 411 Hill St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.
* Stephen Dale-Charles Lockhart, 185 Lake Washington Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $270.25.
* Paul Dexter Naylor, 489 Carpenter Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $350.50.
* Paul Dexter Naylor, 489 Carpenter Lane, Waverly, pleaded guilty to having no registration and fined $350.50.
* Collin Michael Miller, 609 Roseland Ave., Williamstown, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $180.25.
* Mark Daniel McDermott, 12205 Veto Road, Marietta, pleaded no contest to reckless driving and going left of center and fined $370.50.
* James D. Winter, 1602 Core Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no trash service and fined $220.25. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $150 and ordered to do 10 hours of community service.
* Michael Lee Starkey, 796 Turkey Run Rd., Mount Claire, W.Va., pleaded guilty to trespassing on posted property and fined $170.25. Jail time was ruled as time served. He had charges of obstruction and public intoxication dismissed.
* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr., 534 5th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of second-degree arson. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jasmine Sue Rollyson, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of eight days for time served. She must also seek counseling. She had a charge of trespassing on posted property dismissed.
* Ryan Christopher Williamson, 112 Kelly Dr., Portsmouth, Va., had seven counts of fraudulent use of an access device dismissed as the victim failed to appear.
* Dustin Ray Wagoner, 1642 Jericho Rd., Walker, was arraigned on charges of no MVI and defective equipment (windshield) and released on $1,000 bond.
* George Nicholas Parsons, 1201 9th Ave., Apt. 10, Vienna, was arraigned on driving on a suspended license , having no insurance, having improper registration and failure to obey a traffic control device and held on $800 bond.
* Bret Michael Wilson, 406 4th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone) driving on a suspended license, having improper registration and having no insurance and released on $800 bond.
* Denine Lynn Mullins-Stewart, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on $500 bond.
* Scott Alex Huxley, 1103 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI, .15 or greater, and released on $500 bond.
* William Roland Talkington, 1006 Swann Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on $500 bond.
* Donald Keith Carter, 10 East Hickory St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of indecent exposure and obstruction and released on $700 bond.
