PARKERSBURG - Two men have been arrested and charged in the May murder of a 26-year-old Parkersburg man.
George Justin Smith, aka Justin Keel, 21, of Columbus, and Donovan Tyler McCune, 23, of Parkersburg, were arrested today on charges of murder, first-degree robbery, presentation of a firearm during the commission of a felony, wanton endangerment with a firearm and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Both men are being held without bond, pending arraignments in Wood County Circuit Court.
Smith and McCune are suspects in the death of Terrance Mills Jr., who died after being shot on May 17 in what investigators described as a drug transaction set up with the intent of robbing him.
