PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court June 24-26:
* Cody Lee Adkins, 32, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a inspection certificate and having expired registration and fined $350.50.
* Herbert I. Mahar III, 37, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and fined $640.50.
* Michael J. Goodwin, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a inspection certificate and having no operator's license and fined $355.50.
* Ronnie Lee Lockhart Jr., 28, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and improper registration and fined $445.50.
* Jensen L. Vincent, 57, Louisa, Ky., pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $370.25.
* Holley Ann Lanham, 22, Vienna, pleaded guilty operating a vehicle without a inspection certificate and fined $175.25.
* David Franklin Hutson Jr., 46, Vienna, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic laws and fined $190.25.
* Timothy John Moss, 37, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a inspection certificate and fined $175.25.
* Jolene E. Dooley, 33, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a inspection certificate and fined $175.25.
* Kyle Daniel Stewart, 28, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana less than 15 grams and fined $270.25.
* James D. Hunt, 41, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of fenanyl and aggravated possession of drugs. He is being held until bond can be set in Wood County Circuit Court.
* Edward Dale Bailey, 37, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.
* Austin Katrell Cross, 28, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $2,000 bond.
* Shawn Lee Whittekind, 44, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of doomestic battery and possession of a controlled substance (meth) and held on $3,000 bond.
* Trisha Nicole Chute, 27, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* James Daniel Hunt, 41, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing on foot and held on $500 bond.
* William F. Nichols, 58, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having expired MVI and no proof of insurance and released on $400 bond.
* Charity Faye Ward, 20, Rockport, was arraigned on a charge of having expired MVI and released on $500 bond.
* Darrell Alan Boggs, 53, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of violating a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.
* Robert R. Genger, 51, Zanesville, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no proof of insurance and three counts of possession of a controlled substance and held on $1,700 bond.
* Jason Remly Ware, 38, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing in a vehicle. He was on home confinement for a charge from Marion County. He was held on $5,000 cash bond.
* Alyssa Cheyenne Martin, 25, Point Pleasant, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.
* Zavery Jace McNeill, 22, Point Pleasant, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $4,000 bond.
* Thomas Duane Gandee, * Thomas Duane Gandee, 46, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $3,000 bond.
* Allen Lee Deem, 49, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to appear and held on $500 bond.
* Michael Allen Holton, 32, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of marijuana and released on $1,000 bond.
* Raymond Michael Adkins, 43, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $5,000 bond.
* Davante Kyaire Singfield, 21, Akron, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and held on $100,000 bond.
* Brandon Lee McCartney, 26, Colliers, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on $20,000 bond.
* Daniel Judd Dobson, 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Blaine Edward Waybright, 48, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond.
* David Scott Armstrong, 32, Waterford, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, obstruction and shoplifting and released on $3,000 bond.

* Jensen L. Vincent, 57, Louisa Ky., pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $370.25.
* Samuel W. Schuler, 19, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $205.25.
* Thomas Wayne Harper, 34, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $175.25.
* Tyra Jade Vandyke, 34, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of expired registration and fined $180.25. She had a chage of having no insurance dismissed.
* James Earl Bee, 35, Davisville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, fined $170.25 and was sentenced to 90 days at T&C of Westbrook which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.
* Jennifer Rose Snyder, 38, Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoftlifting penalities less than $500 and fined $205.25.
* Toshia Leanne Richards, 29, Parkersburg pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $195.25. Richards was ordered to pay a civil penalty to the Wal-Mart store in Vienna.
* Davon Malik Grant, 26, Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and fined $195.25. Another charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription was dismissed.
* Christopher David Hopkins, 40, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription , fined $170.25 and sentenced to one year in jail with 12 days credit for time served which was suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and placed on one year of unspervised probation. He is required to report to the Day Report Center for drug screenings and assessment. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed.
* Alexis Jean Allberry, 29, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, fined $170.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and Allberry was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Allberry was also ordered to report regularly to the Day Report Center. A charge of driving without a valid driver's license was dimissed.
* Antonio Laselle Hannah, 38, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and Hannah was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
* Richard Frederick Pence, 30, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and not stopping for traffic control devices/signs and fined $340.50. A charge of driving on a revoked license was dismissed.
* Matthew Wayne Daugherty, 36, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and Daugherty was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of child abuse was dismissed.
* Misha Denise Parker, 34, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and having no insurance, fined $270.25 and was sentenced to 90 days with Peer Solutions which was suspended and Parker was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.
* Stephen Michael Wells, 33, Parkersburg, had probable cause found on a charge of manufacture, delivery, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
* Terry Wayne Giddings, 39, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larcency.
* Shaun Wesley Sturm, 38, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for attempting to commit an offense, but failing to commit or prevented from commiting (Less than Life).
* Jennie Lou Piersol, 63, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense for driving on a suspended license for DUI and running a stop sign. She was released on $1,000 bond.
* Samuel David Missinne, 33, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and held on $1,000 bond.
* Kristina Ruth Boston 41, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency and released on $2,000 bond.
* James Andrew Mace II, 31, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no MVI and having no proof of insurance. He was released on $500 bond.
* Martha Marie Harris, 24, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and expired MVI. She was released on $500 bond.
* Harold C. Waggoner, 50, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, having improper registration and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $2,000 bond.
* Caylin Richelle Greathouse, 24, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and assault of a police officer. She was released on $2,000 bond.
