PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 22:

* Adam Dale Mason, 38, 700 Barclay St. Apt. 4, Belpre, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and violation of a protective order. For each possession charge, he was sentenced to jail for 90 days, to be consecutively served, for the violation of a protective order charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days. Charges of two counts of driving with a suspended license were dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* John Cordell Miner, 46, 504 34th St. Apt. 5B, Vienna, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Robert Thomas Swisher, 66, 5133 Bull Creek Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to hunting turkey over bait and conspiracy and was assessed $435.50 in court costs and fines.

* Aaron Matthew Ewing, 42, 47 Gihon Meadows Drive Apt. 132, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no registration or title for new vehicle owner and was assessed $220.25 in court costs and fines. A no insurance charge was dismissed.

* Trentyn Andrew Kelley, 23, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for six months, suspended for one year of probation and one year of the Day Report Center. A strangulation charge was dismissed and he was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Kyle Toben Hall, 21, 1402 7th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to jail for 18 hours with credit for 10 hours served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jodie Lynn Grimes, 41, 72 Forest Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $370.25 in court costs and fines. Charges of no inspection and no insurance were dismissed.

* Samuel Jacob Purtee, 44, c/o 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was sentenced to jail for 11 days, served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Alisa Ann Greiner, 60, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 16 days, served. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher Allen Dooley, 22, 708 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. For the obstructing charge, he was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for one year of probation with credit for 7 days served. Jail time has been served for the disorderly conduct charge. A public intoxication charge was dismissed and he was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Keith Alan Kraynak, 52, 413 8th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and was sentenced to jail for 30 days with credit for 7 days served. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Nathan Charles Davis, 36, 806 7th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Lori Jay Malone, 51, 723 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of theft of utilities and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Matthew Harlen Robertson, 21, 1421 20th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a strangulation charge and was released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Garrett House, 20, 201 Westwood Way, Washington, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic control devices and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines. A no inspection charge was dismissed.

* Angela Dawn Harrison, 42, 1603 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and no inspection and was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* A preliminary hearing was waived against Mark Edward Still, 48, 2108 Maxwell Ave., Parkersburg, on a charge of driving with a revoked license.

* A charge of attempted breaking and entering was dismissed against John Cordell Miner, 46, 504 34th St. Apt. 5B, Vienna.

* Andrew Gene Offenberger, 40, 502 Roselynne Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a first degree robbery charge.

* Joseph Lee Adkins, 36, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Guy Nelson, 29, 413 East Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a trespassing charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Alyssa Dawn Foreman, 25, 1418 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fraudulent schemes charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Travis Edwin Hedges, 50, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and battery and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Samantha Ellen Dickel, 30, 706 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of child neglect by parent and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott Emerson McIvain, 55, 1100 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Sara Renae Givens, 33, 326 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no license, no insurance and improper registration and was released on a $600 personal recognizance bond.

* Aaron Shawn Gibbs, 53, 507 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Roy Bain, 37, c/o 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a third-offense shoplifting charge and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Jonathan E. Bucher, 40, 2115 Glendale Road, Cairo, was arraigned on charges of assault and brandishing and was released on a $3,000 cash bond.
