April 2
* Brandon S. Schofield, 34, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
* Brooke V. Hale, 27, of Stockport, Ohio, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
* Jason W. Allman, 39, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension.
* Nathanial D. Randolph, 39, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
April 3
* Varick M. Jordan, 24, of Belpre, was cited for expired registration.
* Joshua A. Stewart, 52, of Williamstown, was cited for no operator's license and expired registration.
April 4
* Thomas J. Powell, 66, of Marietta, was cited for no turn on red.
* Ryan L. Adams, 35, of Marietta, was issued a seat belt citation.
* Dana R. Cumberledge, 27, of Parkersburg, was issued a seat belt citation.
* Heather M. Lott, 35, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired operator license.
* Richard R. Carpenter, 47, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.
April 5
* Kenneth L. Thompson, 49, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of a parole violation.
* Nathan J. Morris, 22, of Marietta, was cited for physical control while under the influence.
April 6
* William G. Weaver, 74, of Belpre, was served a summons out of Belpre Mayor's Court for condition of premises.
* Barbara J. Greathouse, 79, of Belpre, was served a summons out of Belpre Mayor's Court for condition of premises.
* Mark E. Parsons, 60, of Belpre, was served a summons out of Belpre Mayor's Court for condition of premises.
* George E. Fonner IV, 53, of Parkersburg, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail for warrants out of Belpre Mayor's Court for the charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving under suspension, tail light, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official police business.

* Karen L. Mitchell, 67, of Washington, W.Va., was cited for driving on a one way street.
* Max L. Campbell, 66, of Belpre, was cited for speed, 43 mph in a 25 mph zone.
* Ariana A. Pagan, 23, of Parkersburg, was cited for expired registration.
