PARKERSBURG -- The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 14:
* Sarah Elizabeth Vincent, 39, 1002 1/2 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond
* James Matthew Bunner, 39, 16640 Thompson Ridge Road, Athens, was arraigned on charges of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and driving with a revoked license and bond was set at $25,000 surety.
* Colton Reid Davis, 32, 109 Elm St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a grand larceny charge and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Charles Homer Grove, 46, 1202 Hocking Road, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Suzanne Kay Dickerson, 56, 2604 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of two counts of driving with a suspended license and two counts of no insurance, left of center and an expired registration and was released on a $3,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Rodrick Domion Pettis, 33, 2710 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended licensee and bond was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.
* Shanna Lee Jewell, 43, 603 Buckeye St. Apt. C-303, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and an expired registration and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Christina Marie Spaulding, 30, 50 Joshua Lane, Gay, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* James David Johnson, 51, 1562 Gene St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Joseph Michael Wolfe, 26, 2902 Grand Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for five counts of wanton endangerment and was bound over to circuit court.
* Raheim Davon Robinson, 27, 503 Winding Willow Way, Columbus, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver.
* Chad Christopher Goudy, 50, 3402 Elm St., Parkersburg pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to jail for five days, served. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to Marathon. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed and he was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.
* Randy Dean Reeves, 62, 4806 Crestivew Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and was sentenced to jail for 13 days, served. He was assessed $465.25 in court costs and fines.
* A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed for Sara Lynn Owens, 36, 730 Ridge Road, Parkersburg.
* Charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance were dismissed for Christina Marie Spaulding, 30, Route 1 Box 6, Milton.
* Stephen Wayne Eggleton, 40, 106 30th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $190 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.
* A no insurance charge was dismissed for Mary Kathleen Buchanan, 31, 2608 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg.
* Charges of an expired registration and no proof of insurance were dismissed for Adam L. Camp, 35, 4365 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg.
* Charge of no inspection and an expired registration were dismissed for Gerald W. Moran, 47, 266 Mitchells Lane, Washington.
* Caleb Wayne McClung, 31, 481 Lone Oak Road, Cottageville, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
* Charges of no insurance and no inspection were dismissed for Bradley Hall Anderson, 31, 1349 Avery St., Parkersburg.
