Crash in downtown Parkersburg
The Parkersburg Police Department investigated a three-vehicle crash at 6:14 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Fifth and Juliana streets in downtown Parkersburg. Two vehicles traveling northbound on Juliana Street with the green light were struck by a third vehicle traveling westbound on Fifth Street which ran a red light, police said. No injuries were reported. The driver of the westbound vehicle, Whitney Sprouse of Belpre, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, police said. (Photo by Madeline Scarborough)
