PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 30:

* James Lewis Farnsworth, 39, 2813 Soyer St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* Wesley D. Duncan, 32, 1714 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license.

* Charles M. Brandon Jr., 40, 665 McCready Ave., Cadiz, pleaded no contest to a charge of failure to display a 2020 international fuel tax agreement decal.

* Whitney Ali Lantz, 28, 4711 Seventh Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $536.25 in court fines.

* Amanda Rene Dickerson, 36, 1813 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed. She was assessed $202.25 in fines and court costs and ordered to pay a $508.68 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Justin Wade Carmichael, 35, 1810 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation, with credit for five days served. He was also ordered to report to the Day Report Center for evaluation and was assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Skylar Wesley Bland, 29, 823 25th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for six months of probation and was credited for one day served. A charge of assault on a government employee was dismissed. Bland was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

* Jason Curtis Harkness, 37, 921 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer and destruction of property. He was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation, with credit for one day served. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed. Harkness was assessed $424.50 in fines and court costs.

* Brett Michael Walton, 24, 1010 Ridgewood Blvd., Belpre, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to jail for one day, already served, and a charge of battery of a police officer was dismissed. He was assessed $715.75 in fines and court costs.

* Brandi Nicole Mackney, 34, 706 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to prohibited purchase or receipt of drugs and was assessed $270.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jason Scott Sams, 43, 2804 18th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to jail for 90 days, suspended for one year of probation. He was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.

* Daren Earl Moore, 40, 165 Pam Road, New Matamoras, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was ordered to pay a $563.72 civil penalty to Walmart. He was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs.

* Sherridan Hailee Mezick, 20, 1016 16th St., Parkersburg, was found guilty of disorderly conduct in a bench trial; was sentenced to jail for one day, already served; and was assessed $170.25 in court fines.

* Ethan Thomas Bloomingdale, 25, 100 Iroquois Drive, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $350.50.

* Brandon Albert Bennett, 35, 204 Tanner Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to a no-insurance charge and was assessed $370.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.

* Daniel Lee Vance, 42, 167 Fallen Timber Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement, with credit for one day served.

* Nicole Deloris Ramsey, 34, 2212 36th St., Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was found guilty of battery in a bench trial and was sentenced to jail for 30 days, suspended for six months of probation. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs. Ramsey was found not guilty of an assault charge.

* Alxis Katlyn Day, 21, 675 Wayside Farm Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a a fugitive from justice charge for a shoplifting count out of Fredrick County, Virginia. She was held without bond pending a hearing in Wood County Circuit Court.

* James Randall Dowler, 41, 17 Hope Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.
