SPENCER — The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles Spencer office was added to the list of offices taking appointments starting Monday for drivers license knowlege testing, drivers license and identification card transactions and new title and license plate vehicle transactions.

Appointments can be made at dmv.wv.gov or by calling (304) 558-3938.

Everett Frazier, commissioner of the division, said many services can be completed online, through the mail or at a DMV kiosks.

“We are using our appointment scheduler for transactions that cannot be done anywhere but in a regional office. This includes many of our drivers license transactions, such as knowledge and skills tests and changes to drivers licenses and ID cards, and new vehicle titling and plates,” he said.
