PARKERSBURG — Courtney and Frank Jones of Washington talk to firefighters from the Lubeck Volunteer Fire Department after the Ford Escape they were travelling in was hit and flipped while traveling on Gihon Road near the South Hill Golf Course Monday afternoon.
