Two people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle accident at 11:22 a.m. Wednesday at Fourth and Avery streets in Parkersburg. Parkersburg Police Lt. S.L. Bunner said a tan 2014 Hyundai Sonata, left, driven by a juvenile from New Marshfield, Ohio, was traveling east on Avery Street and ran a red light, striking a white 2011 Kia Sorrento driven by Stormy Orr, 43, of Walker. Both Orr and a passenger in the Hyundai, Erin Schilling, 44, of New Marshfield, were taken to the hospital with apparently non-life-threatening injuries, Bunner said. Orr was still being treated Wednesday afternoon at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center, while Schilling was treated and released, a hospital official said. No citation was issued in the crash.
