BELPRE -- The Memorial Health System's cardiology team is inviting the public to attend heart events locally in recognition of Heart Health Month.
MHS will be hosting its annual screening event with free EKG screenings today from 5-7 p.m. at 803 Farson St., Belpre.
This event will include free EKG and blood pressure screenings, health system vendors, refreshments, education and information from hospital cardiology and vascular services. (EKGs are described as beneficial and suggested for those without a previously diagnosed heart condition.)
MHS will be hosting two Provider Series dinners where people can eat a full meal, hear directly from their cardiovascular experts to learn how to be heart healthy, and hear news about MHS's heart program.

Cost is $5 per person or $7.50 per couple.
