Parkersburg firefighters responded this morning to a structure fire at Seventh and Celia streets.

PARKERSBURG – City firefighters responded to a fire this morning at the corner of Celia and Seventh streets.
Flames were visible through the roof and windows of the two-story frame house as smoke billowed into the air. At least one person was taken from the scene in an ambulance.
