ST. MARYS — A grand jury in Pleasants County Wednesday indicted 19 people, according to Prosecutor Brian K. Carr.

They are:

* Julie Kimball, possession with intent to distribute, eight counts; felony child neglect, two counts.

* Joshua Hedges, possession with intent to distribute, two counts; conspiracy; delivery of a controlled substance.

* Robert Gander, possession with intent to distribute; conspiracy, two counts.

* Michael Miller, possession with intent to distribute; attempted delivery of a controlled substance; conspiracy, transporting a controlled substance into the state.

* Devan Sunderman, forgery of a credit card, two counts; fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts; fraudulent use of an access device, two counts; petit larceny; identity theft, two counts; unlawful entry, two counts; fleeing from an officer.

* Rachelle Denise Bostaph, possession with intent to distribute.

* Alicia L. Taylor, forgery, three counts; uttering, three counts; fraudulent scheme; computer fraud.

* Co-defendants: David L. Slagle, burglary; entering without breaking. Lisa M. Bartlett, conspiracy.

* Hunter J. Simmons, posssession with intent to distribute, two counts.

* Co-defendants: Luke W. Ward, possession with intent to distribute. Sara L. Owens, delivery of controlled substance; conspiracy, two counts; child neglect creating risk of injury.

* Co-defendants: William Joseph Bills, fraudulent scheme. Ashley N. Hackathorn, obtaining money or goods, false pretenses; entering without breaking; conspiracy, three counts.

* Co-defendants: Brandon S. Pate, possession with intent to distribute. Hannah Smith, possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school. James Passerella, delivery of a controlled substance. Brianne M. Nester, delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school; conspiracy, six counts; possession with intent to distribute; transporting a controlled substance into the state; accessory after the fact.

* Sean M. Barnhart, sexual assault, second degree, two counts; sexual abuse, third degree, 33 counts.
