CAIRO -- The West Virginia Division of Highways will hold an informational public meeting in January to discuss construction of a bridge on West Virginia 31.
The meeting will be held Jan. 25 at the Cairo Community Building, at No. 2 Town Square, Cairo, in Ritchie County.
The project proposes to construct a bridge in the existing location on W.Va. 31 over the North Fork of the Hughes River.
No formal presentations will be made. The scheduled public meeting is from 4-7 p.m. and the public will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions and give written comments on the project throughout the meeting.
A handout with project details will be available at the meeting and on the WVDOH website.
