12 indicted in Athens County drug case

ATHENS, Ohio — A dozen people were indicted by an Athens County Grand Jury Monday as a result of an ongoing drug investigation.

Four of the suspects were arrested last week when a search warrant was executed in Millfield and more than $30,000 worth of methamphetamine was seized.

According to documents provided by the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation began in June and utilized recordings of jailhouse phone conversations, suspect interviews and controlled drug purchases to obtain evidence.

The meth was seized Aug. 7 at the property of Joshua and Tiffany Dunlevy. Another search warrant was executed Monday at the Columbus residence of Robin L. Starr, who investigators say is believed to have been supplying drugs to the area.

The 49-year-old Starr, also known as Robin Martin or Robin Arnett, was indicted on a first-degree felony count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
