PARKERSBURG - A worker uses a concrete saw to trim the end of the bridge of the Little Kanawha River at the point where it once connected to the ramp that lead to Juliana Street. Traffic has been re-routed onto the Ann Street ramp while the ramp is replaced. The project will take two years to complete.
